Well, one week on these biotics, not a drop of booze, not even in pasta sauce (didnt feel like throwing up for a spoon full of pasta) and guess what my weight loss is this week........

1lb..............again :-| Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Cynthia

Cynthia Report 5 Apr 2012 12:50

Oh dear Gins. Maybe you are just meant to be cuddly :-D

A glorious morning here.....have been for a stroll with OH.....to keep the old muscles going etc.....his as well as mine..... :-D

Taking daughter out this afternoon.......I feel like a dog walker at times but at least we will probably have a coffee or something. :-D
OH is one of those chaps who thinks a coffee at home is just as good.........sigh........

Hope all is going well with LK and her husband. <3

Gee

Gee Report 5 Apr 2012 13:16

I is not cuddly, you cheeky mare.....I am now back to a size 12 with a 1st 2lb weight loss :-P

They say that 10lb = a dress size, well not on it dont, more like a stone :-0

12lbs to go then......

I dont drink coffee, it makes yer breath smell and it gives me headache, although I do risk a latte now and again, for a treat

Yummmmm...........latte and bisuits. Shuts dry cupboard and turns off microwave :-(

Cynthia

Cynthia Report 5 Apr 2012 18:24

I'd rather have my breath smelling of coffee than garlic......... ;-)

Ever had one of those afternoons where you would rather crawl a mile on broken glass than doiing what you actually did??? :-(

Quiet round here today???

well done on the weight loss Gins

I am very jealous .... if I had lost that much ... I would be back where I was before giving up the weed

I was very tempted to buy a packet in the week ............really really had enough of my weight gain ..........

Did you ever say what diet you and JB are following -------would like to know please

love Renes

Gee

Gee Report 5 Apr 2012 18:40

Thanks Renes.....diets make you fat

We are just eating low fat and have cut out the nibbles such as cheese, olives, nuts and crisps. JB has had no choccy either, he has a sweet tooth, thankfully I dont

No booze either, except for Friday night and in moderation ;-)

You must have lost a lot, cant remember how much now?

Renes

Renes Report 5 Apr 2012 19:12

just about 4 kgs ..........less than half of what you have lost .......and I had put on about 9 kgs ........ from about mid September to January ........

initially after quitting I lost several kilos ........but it was a gruesome time .....

so which ever way you look at it --------I have not much lost

I just dont understand xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Dea Report 5 Apr 2012 21:40

Been diagnosed with yet another illness today - Osteoperosis !!!!!

Felt quite miserable - 4 extra tablets per day on top of all my others!!

At HIGH risk of fractures, especially in hips and spine etc. etc. etc.......

Then I thought - OOOerr !! - It is quite advanced so I have probably had it for years already and haven't broken any bones yet SO, If I hadn't had the scan, I would never have known and would probably not break any for several years to come :-) :-)

I will just have to make sure I do not fall over :-D :-D

Dea Xxx..............

Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,

Humpty Dumpty had a great fall...................................

Cynthia

Cynthia Report 5 Apr 2012 22:37

Poor Dea........sounds like you are adding up to quite a quota of ailments...... :-(

At least it will stop you from rushing to the breakfast table in case you slip over...... ;-)

Sending a little ((hug)) to let you know I care........ :-D

It seems to have been such a long day today.....................will be quite glad to get to bed I think..............:-S

Looking better today.
Did his first walk with tiny shuffles and machines in tow,
It is a long haul to the hospital by public transport.

Linda Report 5 Apr 2012 23:19

LK thats good news :-) They get you up and about fast nowadays glad to hear he is progressing shame about the public transport. I learnt to drive in my late 30s (just a few years ago ;-) )cos I was fed up of using PT with the kids, shopping etc.
