Thank you for the lovely breakfast, I am going to have Irish smoked bacon, turkey sausages, poached eggs, grilled mushrooms, baked tomatoes, baked baby beetroot, cheesy potato patties (just the one egg please) and some lovely buttery toast ................. delicious ! <3 :-D

We have booked a trip to Berlin to visit the Christmas markets.

I have always wanted to go but we have always had so much to do/ no cash at that time of year.

Decided to go for it I can't wait going on 1st December for 3 nights.

Now I must get my skates on out for a Chinese meal with girlfriends :-D :-D

we were in Berlin in 1987 ....................... before the Wall came down.

It was a very depressing sight ................... a concrete wall covered with white crosses to show where someone had been killed trying to get out of Eastern Germany.

We were there for 10 or 11 days, then we went through the wall to stay in Leipzig for another 4 or 5 days.


A very interesting experience ................ in both places!

I'm feeling much better today ......... the aches and pains have eased off ........

................ it was only a 1 Tylenol 3 morning this morning :-)

I have been Christmas shopping with the grandchildren and am worn out!

Only bought ONE present :-(

Mind you, we had fun going round the perfume counters in Debenhams as my granddaughter is now getting into that sort of thing. We must have smelled like the proverbial 'tart's boudoir' when we emerged. It's funny people weren't keeling over as we went out of the shop.... :-D :-D :-D


Am now well and truly cream crackered . zzzzzzzzzzz

Gins why hasn't "he" been at least reprimanded ?

I had a lovely time last night catching up with my friends and the meal was good as usual x

Had the GD's today and took them to visit OH's parents who love to see them. The little one has just found her feet and won't sit down now.

We are going to Aberdeen overnight on Friday for a retirement party then home on Saturday and take the girls again to let DIL get organised for F's birthday party on Sunday.

I have baking to do on Saturday for it and then we will take them for an hour before the party to let them get the hall set up.

Think I might sleep well on Sunday night ;-)
