OH is at his colon doctor at the moment ................ making an appointment to have the 2-yearly colonoscopy.

The doctor was very pleased with the eye today. All has gone well apparently. We won't know how much vision he will eventually have with it, but we go back in 4 weeks. Thank you for your concern my friends. <3


Came home, did some ironing and listened to a thriller.........lovely!!

Good morning all :-)

It's getting very lonely on this thread nowadays so I will just do a small breakfast in case anyone pops in! ;-)

Cereals, toast, croissants and danish pastries...

Porridge, fresh fruits to accompany it.....

Scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes.

Please help yourselves......

This morning I am off to a couple of charity shops with some more items from our friend's widow who is clearing her house. It's very sad but has to be done.


After that, my OH is to see his Health Trainer to see how is weight is doing..... :-D

Don't know if I am having the grandchildren or not, but will, no doubt, soon find out.. :-D

Today I took an unwanted wedding dress and accessories to a local cleaners who are working in conjunction with a charity which provides such things for those who are terminally ill. It's always heartening to hear of such good work going on. :-)


It's been really horrid weatherwise today......rain...stop....rain...stop......I've had to use my dryer, which is very annoying.... :-(

OH saw his health trainer and, to his dismay, he has put ON a couple of pounds...hahahahhahahaa......don't know why I am laughing though....I go and see mine tomorrow...... :-|

Off to see what else has been happening on here today..........~~~

OH has been scheduled for a colonoscopy in early February ..........

............ it's just a regular 2 yearly check-up


I can't believe that it will be 8 years on Dec 5 since he had his operation!

It doesn't seem that long ago!!
