JUST got back Ginns - shaTTERED!

Should have been 2 hours each way but took almost 4 hrs going as stationary on M^ for 1 1/hrs so arrived an hour late for appointment. Had to come back the long way as M6 still in a mess so took another 4 hrs to get home :-( :-( :-(

Good news though - ALL CLEAR !! :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

Dea, I'm doing a couple for tonight

Been a really dull day here and spots of rain

We have had scorching sunshine, dull and grey and a heavy downpour that was off as fast as it started :-S

Then again it is Scotland :-D

Well - It hasn't been dull here Ginns - it is still 31 degrees as we speak and that is in the shade !!!

We're not too bad thank you. I am busy with this and that as per usual but am disappointed that we haven't had a good old thunderstorm....just a distant rumble that was all :-(


Just wondering whether or not to put my 'whites' into the dryer or to wait to see if there is a break in the rain.......decisions, decisions...... :-S

I have got the last of the washing on but it is now raining and muggy.

No thunderstorm here.

Ironing is all done

Off to pack the cases which shouldn't take long as everything is ready just to put into them

I say it shouldn't take long BUT with OH's "help" it seems to take longer :-)

Went out this morning to borrow the carpet cleaner from JBs office. Just finished and WOW..........they look new

Bit embarrassed at the colour of the water though :-0
