Mornin Dea.........I'll have the full breakfast, minus the dead bits!

Heard from Linds and asks me to say hi to you <3

She's having a great time and the hotel is lovely and quiet, just what the doctor ordered

I've finally received some tax back that HMRC owed me, the bank balance looks a lot healthier :-)

I saw my GP today about a scrip for Exorex

She is new to the Christian surgery and I've not met her before, she told me more about my condition in 20 mins than the 'experts' at the hospital have in a year!

A good Irish girl and very caring

Mornin~~~~~~~~~~

Cheese and toms on toast today

Bacon on the side for you know who ;-)

Dea

Dea Report 26 Jul 2014 11:30

Thank you Ginns - that was lovely ! :-D <3 <3 <3

I am getting quite addicted to toast - I bought myself a toaster the other day and it makes far better toast than doing it under the grill like I used to.

It is the fault of the hospital I go to in Clatterbridge - they do the most delicious bacon butties between 2 slices of lovely toast and I have tried to make them at home but the toast is too hard so I watched them make them the other day and discovered that the toast has to be done very quickly in a good toaster to keep it moist inside.

Hey Presto ! - I won't have to keep travelling all that way to get one in the future. ;-) :-D

P.S. - Glad to hear that Linds is having a good time - is it tomorrow she comes back?

Ginns,

I'm a bit worried about Linds - Have you heard from her yet?

Perhaps she is just catching up on her sleep and her family after the travelling ?

Hope everything is O.K. with the In-laws??

From Linds yesterday on the dark side

Ok having trouble with Internet again
Will let me on just won't let me add to my original post
Day two of my challenge
1 had a lovely sunset cruise last night. The colours in the sky were amazing
2. Went to our favourite restaurant and were greeted like old friends
3. One if the waiters insisted on giving us a lift back to the hotel. I have photos which I will post when I get home

Dea,

I am here - just.

We were due to land at 8am this morning but were delayed by nearly an hour.

By the time we got home had something to eat and put on a washing I needed to go for a kip.

we were picked up from the hotel at 3.40 am local time which is 1.40 am UK time.

Flight was due to take off at 6.10 am local time.

So we hadn't slept since Saturday night.

I have got the cases emptied but still trying to get everything put away. Have done 3 washings.

Haven't even had a minute to go and see the girls.

Not had time to get on here but saw Gins post so came on to let you know I am ok.

All is ok as far as we know with in-laws J will phone his sister when she gets home from work.

Son and DIL took the girls to watch the marathon yesterday

O was holding a placard that said "Nan + Gran". they were caught on camera and appeared (blink and miss them0 on the news.

Son caught the tv image on his mobile and sent it to me :-D

We had a lovely time relaxed, met some lovely people both locals and visitors.

We did a cruise to see the breeding grounds of the loggerhead turtles ( an endangered breed of turtle) and we were lucky enough to see one swimming in the sea.

Had about 5 or 6 views of the it (might not have been the same one) and OH saw a dolphin I wasn't fast enough :-)

On Saturday we did a sunset cruise and watched the sun sink into the sea.

The colours were fantastic.

We ate at a few restaurants and one of the owners gave us a lift back to the hotel.

at our favourite one they ran us back a couple of times.

I love Greek food and worked my way through the menu :-)

I also love the pastries and in our fav restaurant they didn't ask me what pudding I wanted they just said "Baklava?"

It was hot over 32c most days and it seemed to get hotter about 5pm.

Got to go now and finish clearing up <3
