I'll leave some turkey and trimmings for everyone to pick at later. (Lots of veggies and some banana cream pudding for Gins.)

What's with the 'Black Friday' idiots, not just the shoppers but the stores :-|

Mind you, I got a bargain online, 25% off everything today at Figleaves, saved almost £40

The irony of it was I ordered several things last week and had to send them all back, too small.

Ordered them again today in a bigger size with the 25% off :-D

It's another silly American thingy Ginns (NO offence to our Mo !!!)

It's like Trick or treat and Mothers day and all the other things which have come over here and have not been wanted !!

Glad you got a bargain but I wish these things would go away !!

Black Friday is the name given to the shopping day after Thanksgiving. It was originally called Black Friday because so many people went out to shop that it caused traffic accidents and sometimes even violence

That's what I found Gins but I didn't want to know !!

However, I DID enjoy the Thanksgiving leftovers which our Mo left for us !!

Don't want to know about Black Friday though - it sounds very sinister !!!

Just been reading a bit more, there was a cost involved to the police forces............the stores should pick up that bill :-|

Had a busy day.

DIL popped in with the girls and her Mum.

After wrecking the place they left and my friend came to pock me up.

We went out for lunch and had a nice time playing catch up.

My friend was going out with OH's mate and they arranged a blind date.

He was late and OH arrived first. Its all their fault ;-)

I missed all that lovely grub Mo is there any left or has Gins scoffed the lot?

You couldn't pay me to go to the sales today I agree gins its all the stuff that they can't get shot of.

Hubby's back is really bad again so he kept me awake with his groaning for most of the night and kept banging into me every time he turned over - it has taken me until now to start to 'come round'.

Roll on night-time so I can get some sleep ................................

I'm going off to the spare room if he starts again tonight. ;-)

Can't fit breakfast in just yet but I've made some toasted teacakes

Thank you Ginns - I will just have the one teacake as I have a HUGE pot of Spaghetti Bolognaise on the go - I have been chopping all morning :-D

I never make just enough for one meal - I always do 3lbs of mince at a time and freeze the rest in portions for 2 so there are tons of bacon and veggies etc. to finely chop to mix in with it :-(

Anyway it's all cooking now..............

Yes, I did have a lovely sleep last night - Hubby started again around 1am but he went into the spare room so I had a peaceful night ;-)
