Bread and cheese sound great to me ---

Have left OH --- half a freezer full of meals --- plus written instructions on how to reheat all ------------he hates "cooking" ----- he calls reheating a fully prepared meal in the oven for 1/2 hours --cooking !!!

He will have to cope --- there is nothing more I can do now --- he is adamant that I should go and says he will be " fine "

Soooooooooo I am ooooorrrrrffffff

Bread is so simple to make.
Put all ingredients in bread maker, turn on and ..Hey Presto..Home made bread...

Bet Gins is making that curdled milk type soft cheese..!

Dea

I got mine for £25 last year as it was end of line...I think its great...
Turn on last thing before bed and fresh bread for the morning...

Some dont like it as it is slightly heavier bread than shop bought, but HID and I like it and you can play around with recipes till you find one that suits you...
Only trouble is the loaves are quite small in mine, but they come in bigger sizes I suppose.

You can also take out the dough when proved and kneaded and bake in oven for a different taste..

Gins

Take no notice ---last thing i want is Spanish cheese --- nor any goat cheese --- remember I have goats just down the road from me -- everyone here makes goats cheeses

I want a cows milk good Yorkshire cheese -- Just like Gins is getting me

My teeth are good --- I can eat any bread ---

And I coming to see Ginny -- not for food ----- I was given a huge choice of differing restaurants to choose from --- to eat

I choose bread and cheese and ( Lurpak of course) at Home

Jax -- use your bread machine --- they are great and easy peasy to use
