	re too hot chili I once made a roaring hot one ............. tried to force it down J, she was about 18 months old. Then I tried it myself ......... wowee! I added more meat and other ingredients, and that brought it down to a better "heat" ............ and gave us enough food for about 4 days! I also learnt that chili powder in Australia was about twice as strong as in Canada! But MC's idea of adding yoghourt sounds a good one. EDIT:- and Dea's Our local little coffee shop makes a really good chili, and they add a dollop of sour cream on top. I of course haven't had the sour cream ..... but would that also be a possibility?

	Thanks for advice....I have some plain Greek yogurt in the fridge I always use fresh chilies and tasted them first...didnt do that this time! Sylv....whats brought the tummy upset on? Distract yourself as much as possible I say or go snuggle on the sofa and feel sorry for yourself.....I do that too x

	Gins no idea what brought it on ........... it started before I gor the email about my friend, so no connection with being upset about that. I stayed in bed this morning, and am taking the day slowly! Hi Fans! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ hope things are going as well as they can.
