Rita,

I suffer a bit from a 'hissing' noise in my ears.I've become used to it but it is a real nuisance at times.

Consultant says probably due to a combination of my diving days and being too near to explosions.

I maybe shouldn't have gone to so many firework displays. ROFL

Crikey ! I'm beginning to sound like I'm ready fro the scrapheap.

Hi Maz, yes I did plant the snowdrops after flowering. My neighbour is a very keen gardener, and wouldn't give them to me till I had prepared the soil etc.

Oh and by the way, my ancestors came from Stoke Dameral, Devonport,in Devon, and from Millbrook, Cremfill, Loose, in Cornwall. The rest came from Dorset, Portsmouth and the Scily Isle.
The Irish side came from the Aran Islands, County Galway.
Oh boy what a mixed bag we are.

Snowdrops.....the wood near me has loads that come up. So delicate to look at but fairly hardy to survive.

My daffodils are really sprouting now. Looking forward to my first blooms.

I'm the graden labourer..... Mrs Stephen has the green fingers.

It has been lovely here today, we had the sun, no wind, so it was not very cold
Sounds like some of you already have spring flowers in your gardens,
my favorites are daffodils, snowdrops, crocus and polyanthus. am going to have to make my garden child friendly for the summer.
Wish you all a peaceful night.
Go with God and in good health.
