Oooh Jean I am sooooo pleased for you honey. Keep up the good work, and we will keep up the prayers for both you and Rita. Thank goodness I can now uncross everything, coz I need the loo. The tidying up can wait till tomorrow Jean, just sit down and relax now. You may get a good nights sleep tonight now, knowing that all is going along as it should be.
Rita, do you think you may have a kind of Hay Fever, thats causing you all these problems. Only some of your symptoms are pointing towards that way. Didn't you have something like this last year love. Can you take anti-histamines,as if it is Hay Fever they may help you. Mo xxx

Its not Hay Fever Mo my sister suffers with that badly. mine started in the night I woke and felt hot then I started sneezing and my throat hurt badly so I garggled and then rubbed Vic on my chest and obis oil on my hankerchiefs. I have been like it all day. even to the headache. I think I am like this due to that flu I had at christmas three weeks I had that and I had the doctor come in twice. I will make sure I get the jab next year.I think it has left me prone to other things now.
No one has come on the board about the death certificate I have it is for a walter Lee who died in 1941 aged 69 in Portsmouth. I ordered it last year thinking it was my Great Uncle. but it wasnt so I offered it to anyone who was related. someone said put it on two different websites but I didnt understand them so I just added it to the Lee thread. I hope someone comes forward or it.

Pat, thinking of your fish and chips made me hungry and we don't eat dinner till 9pm, so I'm having a bag of crisps now.
Great news Jean........... especially for Mo, who'll be able to go to the loo now.
Nice to know all our healing thoughts gave you some comfort.
I hope we don't have any more teething troubles on here.

Evening All Jean really good news with your checks. So happy for you.
Rita sorry you are poorly again. As you said think I'd be first in the queue for the flu jab next year. I really hope it helped me as although we all seemed to have suffered some awful coughs I avoided having to take antbiotics this winter.
Hubby saw the DR tonight no infection just keep using the drops til he sees the nurse next Monday !!!
Youngest had an upset yesterday. Her young cat of about 6 months was run over and killed. She is really tearful, and it's hard to talk to her. He was taken to the vets I think, not sure by whom, but they rang her. Hard things to learn when you leave home. I have only had one dog of my own and 2 hamsters in the house and it is upsetting when they die.
More reading tonight, I've become interested again since the holiday.
Catch you all tomorrow
Did you get that tooth sorted Shelly?
Linda :o) XxX

Morning All !
Jean, That's great news for you, hope it continues that way. Thanks for breakfast.
Rita, Nothing much to beat the Vic. You have had more than your share of illness lately.
Shelly, are you trying to start a war with your son ? ROFL.
Busy, busy, busy, My 'Handyman' skills are in big demand just now. Didn't finish at one of my daughters houses until after 10pm last night. A hurry job in between guests leaving and new ones arriving. Taking some time today to finish the tiling in my friends bathroom. 'Fluffy Paws' might just be needed to add the finishing 'touches' !!!!!!!!!!.
Maddie, the Molars are doing fine. It's the GAP that's the problem. Folk think it's a tunnel and keep trying to drive through. My wife, as usual, keeps telling me to keep my mouth shut. 'Don't smile' says she, 'You'll frighten folk'.
The birds are singing like billy oh now that spring is in the air. Lovely.
Been very dry here this last week or so and very mild. A few patches of snow still to be seen on my local hills. Still a fair amount on the more distant hills.
Have a good day ya all !
Keep safe, keep happy, keep smiling.......That's if you have all your teeth.

Morning Jean and Stephen........... and everyone else when they get out of bed.
Lovely breakfast Jean, thank you.
Stephen, do you live near your daughter's lodge? It's a lovely area.
What month do you actually go out without a coat Pat? I put mine away a couple of weeks ago.
Hope you're feeling a little better today Rita.
Dermot's in trouble if his wife sees his post.
Mo, tell your son to make sure he reads the small print when he gets his divorce.
Shelly, the pain killers might just be taking the edge of the pain, you might still have the problem.
Hope you enjoyed the concert Marilyn.
Enjoy your few days off work Maddie.
Aww Linda, it's awful when a pet dies, we get so attached to them. We lost a cat during that horrible winter, it's very upsetting.
I think Cath got stuck up her tree again.

morning all. still have this dam cold terrible night, even Vic didnt do much good. I think someone wants to get rid of all us olddies like me we are a burden on the NHS.
I told my son I have had more illness since moving from Norfolk to Surrey and they told me it was too cold for me in Norfolk come south Mother.
If I win the lotto I think I will move back. Or get a good medical privately.so I dont feel guilty at keep going to the doctors
Had an invitation from my youngest son and wife to go to dinner on Sunday mothering day. but I dont think I will be able to make that.
This weather is not looking too good the sky (where is it ? )no blue showing just grey looks like it is ready for rain.
Off to have a cup of tea now.
hope you all had a good night and enjoy your day.

Here's a funny story. i woke up about 4.30 this morning and I felt quite awake so I thought I'd do some reading! I read for about an hour BIG MISTAKE! I overslept. I didn't wake up til gone 8am. It was a miracle that I got to work on time. Going to get some lunch and I didn't have time to make my roll.

Afternoon all, Great news about your scan Jean, I'm really pleased for you. Rita you poor soul, what an awful time you've had lately, hope you feel better soon. Shelly have you been to the DENTIST yet? Marilyn bet you felt right proud of your grandson. Thanks for the email, incredible pictures of the tulip fields. My husbands aunt used to go to the Netherlands every spring to see them right up until she was in her 90's. Pat that will teach you, lol. I've done exactly that myself!! Pauline I just had a night off, a couple of ancestors driving me mad so thought I deserved a rest. Dermot thats one of my OH's favourite sayings. Dont knwow what he means by it, ha ha.
~~~~~~~~to everyone, hope you are having a good day
Cath xx
