Shelly, you have got a wedding to go to soon. I don't think Yvonne would want us gate crashing her anniversary. Hmmmm you know what I mean.
Suggestions for fancy dress party. Alice in wonderland. Robin hood.
Cinderella. Beauty and the beast. Witches and warlocks. Vicars and tarts. ehmm what else can I suggest.

Rita Report 25 Mar 2010 21:38

Thank you for worrying ABOUT ME I get these nose bleeds when my warfarin changes that is why the alter the amounts i take but this is the second one in three days.,
my knee is still playing up but never mind so along as I can get about that is the worse thing when you cannot move about. so whos party are we going to then do I need a new hat ? I am not going on a horse unless it is attached to a cart. my back side wont take to all that bouncing about.
and Shelly while I think of it done swear at my Bloody nose.
I could have brought a Darleck costume yesterday at the charity shop it had all the little nobs coming out of it as well. they trouble was it fitted a 5 year old.

Mo in Kent Report 25 Mar 2010 21:44

Oh what a shame the Dalek costume never fitted Rita.
That would have been brilliant to wear to Sue's surprise fancy dress party.
Especially as it had little nobs on as well.

Rita

Rita Report 25 Mar 2010 21:47

Mo it also had two long knobs with litle silver balls on the end it didnt look nice like that. it was too rude and sue might have been offended if I wore that.

and stop sending you mail the same time as mine or I will go on the turn .

What a storm yesterday!! Got to go clean front of house again as all my wiping down has been wasted and much moss washed out of the guttering too.
Did some more cross stitch last night.
Have the dog again though hubby took him for a run early, like 6:00 Hope to walk him later.
Wedding outfit shopping on Sunday, Do you think I might get something nice?

Have a good day everyone

Rita Report 26 Mar 2010 09:13

Linda dont buy anything in a rush on Sunday I find if I do that I find something I like better later on. so I usually wander a round for a while.
We had the storm about 7. it was not too bad but I dont like the lightening and the thunder. so I try and not think of it I stick my nose in a book.till it was over didnt last too long but it did rain.
I was going to start my book mark it is cross stitch but lost interest after a few minuets I am always doing that lately.

Oh, I hope you do find something nice Linda, you have to, you're the mother of the bride.

On Monday we'll be waiting to see what you got.

Rita, I didn't even know that was a real surname (Moneypenny). Did Charles have money? To get a wife 22 years younger than himself - he must have had something.

Yvonne, was that your first marriage when you were 33? I was 33 when I got married for the second time, 26 years ago.

Mo, do you think we should tell Sue about the party? If she doesn't know, she might not turn up. We need her to cut the cake, and we'll let her pick the winner of the fancy dress.

Hope you have a nice day at the wedding Shelly, bet you wish someone in the family had taken photos and collected names at your ancestors weddings.

I wish someone had done it at my families' weddings.

I'm full of cold today, my nose is really sore.

Hello everyone.
Oh I am so glad I came in helpfu; Rita, with my suggestion off the namr Moneypenny. It's strange how, just a simple word can start a chain off events.
Don't worry Yvonne,I have told Shelly not to invade your anniversary. Mind you,by the sounds off it,it could be more exciting for you,if your OH goes to bed that early.
Linda,we cant wait to to hear what sort off outfit you get. Have you any idea as to what colour you are looking for.
I seem to have slept through the storm that have been talking about. What time did it occur.
Pauline,I am not sure if Shelly has told Sue about her birthday party. She may be going out to celebrate with her farrier anyway. So perhaps we could still have it anyway. It could be fun.
Rita love,it seems like your research never stops. You are so good. I have stopped looking at the moment,I seem to have hit that brick wall we all come up against at times.

Rita, you've been doing really well with your tree and photos lately.

I'm still waiting for someone (anyone) to send me some photos.

Mo, can we start Sue's party in the morning? I might not be here the rest of the day.
