Shelly I don't get Marilyn's e-mails either !!
Off to the dentists this morning.
Then Costco to meet with friends.
Then to proper supermarket for smaller sized goods now there is only 2 of us......................... I keep forgetting !!
Then friends coming from Worthing mid-afternoon, with a 5mth baby.
Then off to the beauty parlour to see what can be done about my face for the wedding......................... I need some eyebrows.
Finally dinner this evening.

Guessing I might not get back on today??

JUst sent of for a couple more certs for my Gudgeon side, they're proving to be difficult, a few of them married more than once and some children lived with grandparents or older sisters, my Linghams were much easier

Hi ALL Marilyn are you using your hubands computer ? I am having a lot of trouble with mine I type and half of it vanishes and I think am I really going off my head.?and think I have written something and it vanishes or is it really going
but I have taken time and written things very slowliy and it still happens so if some of my words only seem half finished you will know why.
I had a letter from the hospital I was sent to ,last January as it was thought I might have RA . I have since been back twice more. he has not said I have RA he did say he ddnt want to sign me off yet .so last week when I went he said I will send you your next appointment then gave me a form for a blood test and asked for a water sample. he wanted to cut my tablets down that MY GP gave me. so I told him sorry I have t stay with what my GP tells me to have as I see him and he know me. I have since got my next appointment. but it worried me because who do I take notice of ?so I had to take my perscription to be repeat to the doctors this morning so I handed in a letter I had written for my Doctor asking him to pleased explain to me all these things I said I would not make an appointment to see him as he was busy ad it was more a case of having questions answered.she took the letter opened it read it and said you have done the right thing as it is holiday period and he was off duty till 6th she has made a note attached the letter and he is going to phone me on that date.
I hope I have done the right thing now and not got myself in trouble with the Hospital Doctor.but when I go to the Cancer hospital I have to tell them any things that have altered to my records.

Oh Rita, what a state these doctors can get you in ..??

I had two different opinions last week from two consultants both in the same field of work, and I said to the last one...I'm not happy with your diagnostics !
As its different from the last consultant ....he said well I'm saying different , so back I came and said that cant be right how can you both confuse a person with difference of opinions .
Sooooooo he relented and said OK lets go with the first one then and proceed with...... what he said then !!!!!!!!!!!!.
Well I was shocked....So I asked to see another consultant so I am now waiting for an appointment ... not happy with that Consultant , and he knew it.

I spoke to the nurse there on the side room and she said ...oh he's a funny
Bugger that one !!

So Rita, investigate it further .

Now I think everyone has had their E-mails.
Rita it is my lappy at the hotel as hubby did not bother taking his, I was kind and let him use MINE ..LOL

Well I'm home tomorrow.

I couldn't go grave hunting as it rained so much and I only had silly pumps on , But I did take a photo of that house in Holsworthy( 1 Station Road ) very old, but will go back again another time as its not far .

I am not being funny Marilyn but I am glad it isnt just me getting muddled with these consultants this is the one who I said kept saying to me you ought to be proud of yoursefl you are doing so well.
He has never said I have RA and when my doctor came to see me when I was very ill and could not walk about he said well its no RA but Ostrio arthritis and Gout so I would have thought he must have had a result back to have said well its not RA.this docotor is the rheumatologistg at this hospital
so l will have to wait and see what my GP tells me I have to see the Cancer consultant on the 11th so i want to get that sorted out. and of course I get my scan results .
It is all a worry. I M SORRY YOU HAD WET WEATHER TODAY. we had rain during the night last night.
well at least your hubby let you use your own laptop he could have sad no LOL

Morning Rita and morning to everyone else when they get here.

I've been busy trying to catch up on my emails but I've still got loads to answer so I won't be back till later.

It's dull here and not very warm but not as bad as yesterday, we had hail storms yesterday!

Yvonne I waited 3 weeks for my certs - so it wasn't too bad.

Shelly do you think it was worth upgrading your Ancestry account?

Marilyn, when I send emails on, I always rush it and often click on the wrong names. Considering some of the emails I get I really should be more careful who I send them to.....lol

Hope it went OK at the dentist Linda.

hi Girls glad most of you are up and about life is toooooooooo short to lay in bed all day.
we have sunshine here now it ;looks lovely out but I thought I would do some odd jobs that I meant to do and didnt so I have cleaned the bathroom out by that I mean cleaning the bath and toilet and the shelves that hold the towels and the make up case and bath draws out and my living room and office lol.
I still cannot beleive it i 1st May we are nearly half way through the year. and we have had no summer yet.

I better get back to my jobs otherwise I will put them aside.

Hi everyone.
It's been a horrible day here today. Very overcast and wet. Whats happened to our summer.
My poor nephew is back in hospital. The nephew who had the brain tumour removed,followed with radiotherapy. He had a fit,and the hospital are not sure if he has had a brain bleed,or if it's the after effects off the surgery. They are doing a MRI scan on him today,to see whats going on.
I wonder if Marilyn is back home yet. They have not got a very good day for travelling have they.
Got to go and start the dinner now,Chinese tonight. Be back later.

I'm back home again...

Weather not too bad ,but a little overcast.
washing all done,some to do tomorrow,at least I have my new dryer and if it rains ,no problem.

Mo I'm sorry to here about your Nephew , its so sad after all he has gone through.......I'll light a candle for him on Sunday ....and June... Pauline s Sister.

I'm baby sitting tonight....that didn't take long did it ..LOL
I was only in the door 15 mins when the phone went , my son has decided it would be nice to go out for a meal, so doing what all mothers do , GAVE IN !!!

So now getting ready to go out t my sons ..

Mo I am so sorry to hear about your nephew I will pray he comes through this . Bless him keep us in formed Mo please.

Marilyn glad your hme safe and sound you could have brought some better weather home with you. we had a little rain but not much.
I have been sitting doing my Take A Break Puzzel book I worked really hard this morning an d felt so tired afterwards I sat down and had a rest after I had my dinner I did fish and chips for my dinner.

I am going to havea cup of tea now and make myself a sandwich not sure what I shall put i it. ?
I brought a beef joint for tomorrow I thought it would last me three days at least

I'm gradually using up all that's in my freezer and we are on bits of that, and bits of this ..LOL

I am determined empty my freezer, its hard as every time I go to the super market I'm so tempted to buy any meat that's on offer.

Its nearly half empty.

Morning all
It looks like we are going to have a down pour any minute now the sky is so grey and the air is hard to breath I got up at 6 made a cujp of tea and went back to bed had a little read .
I have prepared the veg for my dinner I can have greens to day I am only allowed three very smallpotions a week fur to my warfarin.

Marilyn I was like you last week using up the bits in the firidge and freezer as I wanted to defrost and mine is fridge /Freezer all in one. I got down to three items in the freezer I used them but I did want a chicken breast one day and of course didnt have one of those in the freezer.I didnt dare buy one as I had made up my mind the next day I would defrost. which I did.
time for another cup of tea now and a b reakfast bar I think as i have to leave room for my roast beef dinner.
