Rita,his headache was nothing to do with me,honest. We have lost the book on what to do.
Shelly do you need us to send out the mounties to find you. Honestly that Marilyn is a slave driver. lol

did you fly by jet them to go to America n and canada today or did you get a lift in Dr who 's police box ?

Mo you know what they say you dont need a book it is like riding a cycle once learned not forgotten. so dont make excues it wont work.

I am just going to have my cup of hot chocolate before going to bed.

I have my warfarin blood test tomorrow at 11.30.

But it is for a very lovely lady that I found her Dad in New Zealand.

Knackered really I have been doing curtains and looking after Grand daughter.

I can not beleive I am still up I have had my hot chcolate as well I have been replying on some of the threads. but I am getting tired now,
dont you find doing those curtains make your eyes ache now I find I have trouble after awile when i do sewing or knitting. I do have glucoma so perhaps that might be why.

Well done Marilyn on finding the ladies father. Are they in contact now,or was it to late for a reunion.

Roly is already in bed, ASLEEP Rita before you say anything. It used to be me that had the headaches.
But I have to be careful where he is concerned,after his brain bleed,I tend to worry when he has these constant headaches. If he's no better in the morning I shall ring the doctor.

Well I do agree with you Rita, a lot of rubbish on tv altho I do have lots of stuff recorded to catch up with and there are all the other channels on the digi thingy.

Flipping cold and miserable in Norfolk all over the weekend, at Martham it was Scarecrow weekend where they have scarecrows all over the place and people go round ticking them off and looking at them, as well as a fete going on, which must have been a total washout. I went nowhere, o.h. went to his Dad's on Sunday and should have woken me when he got back so we went out but it was raining so he left me sleeping lol and he got on with some photography thing he is doing on the computer.
Same on Monday, wet and miserable, we have the gas fire on again as it's so cold here. More like autumn that spring/summer!

Because of the Bank Hols I missed my counselling so back again next week, it was my counsellor's 37th birthday on Monday and she said she normally has nice weather, well sorry love, not this year!

Liz I had forgotten about the Fete and scarecrow thing I use to go with the Hoteliers in cars and we did a rally four of my friends owned Hotels in Great Yarmouth and they use to have a meeting once a month in one of the hotels there were about 50 members .and we would have allsorts of things going on like a surprise coach tour which use to be on a Sunday. we had the car rally where we went in groups of four and ticket off the quiz as we went. you have just made me rember that.

Sorry you had bad weather my friend from Yarmouth and the one from Lowerstoft didnt phone this weekend they were going away for the holiday.

Already have 2 washloads on the line blowing. Boy is it cold out there. My hands were freezing.

My friend is coming for tea and a chat this afternoon when hubby goes to work. Late nights again this week. He won't be home til about 11:30.

No plans really over the weekend coming up, oh 2 invites to parties............. rather stay home when I am on my own though.. One at a friends, mainly people I don't know. The other the wedding girls using up the drinks we had left rom the hen weekend !!! See I told you I didn't have much while I was away.

where is everyone. ? I went to the doctors at 11. 15 called into the chemist first to collect a perscriion I had a long wait for the nurse who doesthe INR blood tests as she was way behind. I saw her at 12.10 she took three lots of blood one for the INR and two for the RA Doctor at St peters.I had to stay a while till my bleeding stopped. I went into the post office posted a letter into waitrose to get bread and milk I didnt get home till 1 oclock and I live almost opposite The Doctors everywhere I went I had to wait.
I was so cold and tired when I got indoor I made a cup of tea to try and warm myself up. yet first thing this mornin g we had bright sunshine and it was much warmer.
I had my dinner sat down when the phone went the Glass people are coming tomorrow to redo the window seals as the seals have come away and it lets in the cold air.
The my friend came over brought me a jammie doughnut fresh one she had been shopping at Morrison
she also brought me her Family History Magazine to read.when she left I looked at the clock it was 3.25 I seem to have spent the day clock watching lol

I can imagine how cold you must have felt hanging out the washing but if it is blowing like it is here your have that dried within 1/2 hour.
I am still shivering now.

My sister has just emailed me she has just arrived back for a holiday to iseral with her church she is full of it she had such a good time.I am pleased she is home as there is a lot fo troub le out ther and I was so worried about her.

It was really cold here as well.
