Mo I was alot younger then our boats were docked at Harleyford Marrner.on the Thames.

I once knew a lady who chewed tobacco & used the open fireplace as a spittoon. Strange company I used to keep in those days!

Dermot, many a pub in the area Shelly and I come from, used to have the spitoon in the corner,and a pig on the bar as an airfreshner.
