PatriciaAnn Report 11 Dec 2010 19:26

I've always fancied a ride in a limo on my 90th birthday1 I've got plenty of time to go til that. Whether I'd be able to disco dance then would be another matter.
I own up to googling ROFL. I didn't know what it was!

Well good evening everyone.
Welcome Cath, you will need to be a nutter to understand us lot, but we have some good fun,all totally cyber wise of course.
Why worry about the dreaded house*ork, ( tut tut Mo don't swear ) there is always tomorrow.

Pat, stick around love, if you haven't been in a white limo before, you don't know what you have missed. Stephen arranges all our transport, from stretch limo's to jet planes.
But a broomstick is a definate must have, and a black cat if possible, to sit either back or front of you.

Linda, I am sorry to hear that they have kept dad in hospital again. But they need to sort him out, as mum is so dependant on him, bless him.
She will probably be in a right daze again till he's home.

Who's a lucky girl then Rita all those lovely presents, the family are spoiling you, but they must love you to bits.
You wont know where to put all the christmas cards you are receiving.
But they help to make it feel more christmassy don't they. I like to buy the Mc Millan Cancer cards, but I do think the postal charges are preposterous

I am loving the christmas decorations, but I cannot add to them coz I can't do them.

Stephen, I didn't buy anything for myself whilst out shopping. Weeell I did really, FOOD.
Roly was with me, keeping a hold on the purse strings.

Patricia,

You can't wait for 60 years to have a Limo Ride on your 90th Birthday. They will be out of fashion by then.

You got it Stephen, a baby sporran. He's got a chain that he drags me away from things with. I thought the ankle chain was something kinky years ago, but have learn't different over the years. LOL

Catherine,

Sailed passed your lovely Island often.....never had a chance to land though. The tidal range you have is frightening.

A relative of my SIL lives on Jersey. Paul Kearsey.....Writer.

Would a Jet Ski not do ? That's more like what our Thread are into.

Right up the Thames to Tower Bridge.......WOW !

Dermot, Wont be here for New Year to change my name, lol and doubt I'll be sober. Going to Portsmouth on ferry after Christmas to see my best friends and celebrate OH's birthday (OH born in Portsmouth) so hoping for a calm crossing as it takes 13 hours and sails via Jersey.
Stephen, jet ski 80 odd miles, now theres a thought!! Maybe I'll try it sometime.

Catherine,

You have stirred a memory.

Maaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnyyyyy years ago near Jersey I helped rescue the crew of a yacht that was breaking up in heavy seas on a pile of rocks known as The Minkies.
They were very lucky to be alive.....the conditions were horrendous.

Have you heard of the Minkies ?
