Sorted...I crashed everything,ran loads of scans ,defraggled and told the computer if it didnt get sorted I was going to put it outside for the rain to get at

It loves me again now :-D

So that is where I have been going wrong.

When my computer misbehaves I usually swear at it a lot but up to now I have never actually threatened it by saying that unless it mends its ways I will remove it from its warm and cosy resting place by my desk and put it outside in the rain. The ploy obviously works with Welsh computers, I wonder whether it has the same effect on English ones.

The next time my computer decides to go on a go slow or simply stares back at me insolently, in the way that some computers (And teenagers) do when you ask them to do do something, it knows what will happen.

But it may of course get a very bad dose of the "Kevins"Jonesey and stomp away shouting"ITS NOT FAIR"so stand back if you think that may happen as I used to find that it also involved a bit of arm swinging so if you "by accident"got in the way they could say it wasnt THEIR fault you were in the way of their dramatic exit..!
But "by accident"only would happen once,I may be only 5ft 2 but I can swing a good slap too :-D

I's doing just fine. Fanny seems to be fine having got her errant computer to toe the line. As for the rest of the usual gang of reprobates who frequent this thread they are probably fine as well but are currently pursuing their normal daily routines. Those in Australia and New Zealand will probably be tucked up in bed. The Canadian contingent may be having their breakfast. The UK mob might be doing absolutely anything knowing them.

Hiya FG.......She is doing good now thanks, She had a flare up in early May then we went to Florida & it made it worst so she has had more injections & they also think she has it in her jaw.
Me now....though i feel fine 2 days before we went away i was told i have breast cancer, this Thurs i'll be having my 2nd lot of chemo

Keep fighting away at it for you and daughter and have the sick bucket ready for when you feel ill...
Now you know I dont do tea and sympathy so thats the nearest you are gonna get from me :-D

Have been performing surgery on my granddaughter's foot. She had a splinter in it! She called it a stick but she IS slightly prone to over using her imagination.....lol
