Joy this is a very serious thread all on here are the epitome of decor and seriousness ... if mischief is perceived the ad hoc committee on seriousness will have to convene and rule on a course of action

Dea

Dea Report 7 Jul 2011 19:40

Ohh - we ALL do it Ginns !!

I just thought that his 'little error' was quite amusing ??? :-D

I have noticed that since I gave up work and have therefore stopped having to actually read, write (or type) anything, my spelling has gone downhill very quickly!!

It comes to us all eventually !

FannyByGaslight Report 7 Jul 2011 20:35

Nope actually Gin..The broadsheets have better"coverage"power than tabloids so the Broadsheets are always first choice for Dog Poo duty... :-D

SO - That is where you haven't got yet - to retirement age when you give up work and some things (like spelling) go downhill !!

Sheeeeesh !! (as you would say) - Your spelling might not be going downhill but 'something is somewhere'!!

Have you got it now ? :-D

:-0 :-( + crying sad emoticons if could see them ;-)

Cynthia

Cynthia Report 7 Jul 2011 20:46

I agree. Broadsheets are much more 'absorbing'.

Dea

Dea Report 7 Jul 2011 20:49

By that Cynths, I take it that (tongue in cheek), you mean that they absorb more ??? ;-)

I have to say that the best one for wrapping fish and chips used to be the 'Manchester Evening News and Chronicle' !!!!!!!!!!

Dea Xxx

P.S. - It was also brilliant for cutting into 6 inch squares, hole in the top corner, threaded through with a piece of string and hanging in the outside loo !!! :-D

Not too much 'ink transfer' onto the 'lower parts':-D :-D
