Hi Gracie........just take it easy - we don't want you coming apart at the seams now do we?

Persie, how can you possibly be annoying anyone........... :-S :-P

Oh well, had better get going on this dismal grey day...... :-(

Gee Report 28 Nov 2011 08:47

Gracie you reminded me of my first child birth experience.....I had to go back to the docs to have my episiotomy stitches removed and it was almost as painful as the labour itself :-0 :-0 :-0

Hope you are getting back to normal.....did the doc sign you off for a few more days?

What a lovely day compared to yesterday... :-D

No stress,no hassle AND got some puter work done at last....

Anyone ever heard of a place called

The Shambles>>>>>>Sussex .Brighton please...???

Trying to find it on 1861/71 census and not a clue what area it is.

Looking for a child "supposedly"born there in 1856 but took her "adoptive"parents Surname and cant find her as a child with what she has on marriage as father

William Irish...Bootmaker.

She married as Emma Edith Irish and I have every census from 1881 for her.
2 census say born Chichester and 2 say elsewhere but still Sussex...

Grinding teeth and hair pulling going on here again over someones "lost/unfound"birth...Grrrrrrrrrrrrr

Heeeeeeeeellllllllppppppppppp please... <3

Upon Googling, one has found this.....

CHIMNEY SWEEP SERVICES in Brighton
Address The Shambles, White Horse Square, Worthing, Neighbourhood Brighton.

You could send a pm to Tabitha on Sue's thread. She lives in Brighton I think.

I thought, at first, you were on about The Shambles in York.

jax Report 28 Nov 2011 19:28

I can see her on the 1881 and 1891 did she remarry for the other two?
