Our school song was 'Non Nobis Domine'.....haven't thought about it for yonks.....I can still remember part of it - now I will be driven bonkers trying to remember all of it! :-S


Don't know why it was the school song - it wasn't a church school or anything..... :-S :-S


I will now sing my way upstairs.

Good morning everyone



Breakfast is ready!



Fresh fruit salad with vanilla or strawberry yoghourt
broiled grapefruit with brown sugar

Porridge with chopped up dates, bananas, and maple syrup (other fruit selections over there >>>> )

Selection of cold cereals

French (eggy) toast, maple syrup, Golden syrup



Toast (sourdough, rye, white, whole grain, 100% brown, Hovis, gluten free),
hot cinnamon rolls,
sourdough rolls
cheddar chive rolls,


cheese and onion tarts,
smoked salmon quiche,
Gruyere and bacon quiche


Thai-style noodles and shrimp,
stirfry (chicken or vegetarian),
Chicken Karage (Japanese deep fried chicken pieces)
Veggie Wrap (Fresh Tomatoes, Basil, Roasted Peppers and Feta Cheese),


almond crumble peach muffins,
rhubarb and strawberry muffins,
morning glory muffins,


jams, jellies


Tea, coffee, juices


(some bacon, turkey sausage or sausage patties, eggs, tomatoes, olive oil, in the hidey place to cook up for the very hungry ones!)

I cant tell because the other cheapo scales tell you a massive different weight every time you get on them! Sometimes your up and others youre down

Cyns, they go up to 120kg so you should be OK. If not, buy two pairs and lay a plank over the two.....stand in the middle!

Hi All

I am on line ---- both telephone and internet --- and have un locked myself from the the shackles FB put on me 10 days ago


I too ordered scales from up the Amazon ---- I order the all singing all dancing electronic scales --- that check BMI -- Hydration -- Fat --- Muscles etc and for others NOT me --- the Athelete mode

Soon I will see how much I have lost in the last 2 weeks
