Jonesey, I dont do choccy but that artical makes sense re the psychological aspect of dieting.........even if it was in The Mail!

Weight loss from Thurs (new scales arrived) last week.................4lb :-D

So in total, since Jan10th a loss of 8lb. No wonder my jeans started to fall down when I was cleaning the bedroom window the other day ;-)

Whats happened to our Gracie, I know she had a couple of weeks orf but that seems ages ago?

Cynthia

Cynthia Report 9 Feb 2012 11:37

I was thinking that the other day. She hasn't been on the other side either :-S

I'll send her a pm to see if she is okay.

If I could find a diet that would just reduce the 'bread basket' area, I would consider it. The rest of me is just reasonable for my age!! ;-)

At last I have made it back on here.
Kept getting error messages past few day, :-(
I have had a heavy working week covering for daughter who was sick.
Party went well Sunday for grand daughter.
I spent a lot of the time at the entrance to the bouncy castle requesting knights and princes to lay down their weapons before entering.
Daughter did a fantastic job of the Castle cake.

Hope all the other birthdays went well. <3
