Then a responsible adult has to meet him after the procedure on Wednesday, and accompany him home

Thank You Dea..
I think it most likely Tal?llan,so off to go through all places starting with Tal...Not Tooo many...Ha ha
This is the only sighting of Herbert I can find other than kids baptisms as he is never on census with wife and kids and in 1861 Mary Ann says she is a widow.

Pretty certain that this is the marriage as it all fits in and I can not count it out at all...

Can find NO birth regs for any of the kids born after 1837(searched many times now)so I guess they didnt bother...Grrrrr

And the kids have him down as Labourer OR Pork Butcher on their MCs...

School run...~~~~~~~~~~ :-(

TREFILAN

"TRÊVILAN (TRÊV-ILAR), a parish in the lower division of the hundred of ILAR, county of CARDIGAN, SOUTH WALES, 7 miles (N. by W.) from Lampeter, containing 313 inhabitants. This parish is pleasantly situated in the Vale of Aëron and on the high road from Lampeter to Aberystwith. The surrounding country is boldly varied, and the scenery is in some parts picturesque. In the southern part of the parish is the small village of`Talsarn, deriving its name from a branch of a Roman road or causeway which terminated here, and which is situated on the bank of the river Aëron .."
