Good morning... :-D

Looks as though I'm the one putting the kettle on this morning....what with Gins busy in her role play and Dea being flat out listening to Miss Marple. ;-)

Wakey wakey..........cereal, bacon barm cakes, scrambled egg on toast, eggy bread and warm croissants, all on offer.

Jonesey!! Put that cigarette down and eat something 'proper'. Dear oh dear! ;-)

Never sure about Saturdays but just take what comes.........off for a browse.

Breakfasts are like buses, you wait ages for one and then two turn up together.

Cyn, I smoke a lot less now than I used to. I am currently down to smoking only 5 or 6 fags a day This is reflected in the way that the share price of the British American Tobacco company has fallen sharply over recent weeks.

Oh Dear, I didn't realise Cynthia was already doing breakfast when I did mine but never mind, at least we didn't duplicate the 'offerings'. - Only the bacon but then you can never have too much bacon ;-) :-D :-D

Thank you Cynths <3

I couldn't get on to this stupid site yesterday :-S

Gins hope you both feel better soon <3 My OH is at the football.

We are going out for dinner tonight to a new Italian that my Son and DIL gave me vouchers for as part of my birthday presents last year.

The hospital patient is much the same but has ate a little and has finally had a sleep. Still waiting on the results of the lumbar puncture.

Sylvia

Nice to see you back hope you are both fully recovered and 100% human :-)

Not heard anything today as L is working she will go over straight after work.

He has epilepsy and had 3 fits on Thursday had Drs apt on Friday and couldn't get out of bed ended up in hospital.

He is a very ill young man and the family were told it could be life threatening.

Hopefully we are past that as he was speaking to his visitors yesterday and has taken some food etc.

They have him on an antibiotic drip but are waiting for all the test results to come back and want to do an MRI but need him relaxed enough to not move during it.
cannot sedate him as it might affect him and cannot move him to the hospital which specialises in Neurology until he is more stable.

He won't do anything for the staff ie eat, drink take meds so the family are doing shifts as he trusts them thinks the staff are poisoning him etc.

Off to do some ironing such joy :-(

Dea

Dea Report 9 Feb 2014 13:23

Oh dear Linds! - He is obviously very frightened and doesn't understand what is happening.

Hope they get the tests done and the results back soon so they can put him on something which will help.
