Heard some BAD news from grand-childrens' school today !!

There have been reports about a man trying to get into the school grounds - exposing himself and talking to the children !!1 :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-|

The Police are patroling twice a day, extra staff are on patrol in the break times and children are not allowed onto the playing field !!!

Such sad times - when we were young, such things never seemed to happen !! ???

Oh Dea, that's worrying

Maybe back in the day, these things weren't reported, I think we've become much more aware now

I remember back in my school days, a man used to dry himself at the pool, in view of me and my friend. He would expose everything, while looking at me and my mate

We never thought of it as sexual, just silly and laughable ....we were about 8/9 years. Looking back, he was obviously a freak

Ok two little ones sound asleep and I hope they stay like that for the night.

Arrived at 4pm by which time we had done the food shop, made an opticians appointment and a physio one for me.

Son hung out the washing which I had put on before we went shopping :-)

Changed our bed and other sons as OH will sleep in that room with F and O is in our bed. It only took 6 stories to get her down :-)

Have done a quick tidy and loaded the dishwasher.

OH's Mum is kicking off again so that's tomorrow's job visiting and trying to calm her down.

first we have to drop O at her dancing and take F home (unless they decide to come for them)

Then I go to the optician to see if my eye is better then visit in-laws.

I never got a nap Dea but I might need one tomorrow ;-)

Finishing my cuppa then off to bed.....

O slept till 8 am

F was up at 3am grampa took her downstairs and they watched 2 movies got back to sleep at 6am and she was still up at 8am as usual.

We had a pj party for 10 minutes then came downstairs to have breakfast.

Took them home just before 10 as O has dancing

She kicked off worst tantrum ever didn't want to go.

Took ages to get her ready and out to class still grumping

Grampa. daddy and her come back 10 minutes later - no class on, no notice to say why :-|


We got home about 30 minutes ago and made bacon butties for breakfast :-)

I have an opticians appointment at 2pm then I have a feeling that we will both have a nap ;-)

It was lovely to have them overnight but is also lovely to hand them back ;-)

all I really feel like is a quiet night in -- sad I know :-)

This must be a first for poor Fred and he had to be rescued from page 2 :-(

Oh dear.............

I got up far too early after a late night watching England, had a cuppa and went back to bed!

Well, there was nobody here so I had my bacon butties all by myself :-(

Anyway, I am making a huge stack of pancakes after lunch so I will save some for the rest of you................. - Large choice of sweet or savoury fillings but I shall be having mine with sugar and lemon............... Yuummmmm :-D :-D

Drattt!!! - I keep mis-typing and having to correct it! - I have had a poorly finger for a few weeks now and have to type with it stuck up in the air so keep hitting the wrong keys :-(

Just checked back and Cyns hasn't posted for a few days :-(

Perhaps its just life getting in the way :-)

I was helping my friend hang out her washing after we had our takeaway last night.

I took a step to the right and landed on my b*m hit my tail bone and cracked my head and my new specs went flying :-|

She has decking and I didn't see it was on two levels so fell off the top deck :-)

She was all worried about me and was going to get OH to come and help me up.

I wouldn't let her as he would never have let me hear the end of it.

At least it wasn't as sore as hitting the pavement ;-)

just as well I have a hard head :-)

I ache today though so am off to bed and will take a couple of painkillers :-)

I am freezing !!!

Just been watching grandson's school sportsday - the rain just about kept off but the wind was SO cold !!!

I have to go shopping now but I won't be going d9own the chiller isles in the supermarket and will be spending a long time leaning on the hot chicken counter ;-) :-D :-D

I am sorer now than I was when I fell.

I feel as if I have been to the gym and done about 1000 tummy crunches.

Even moving in bed is sore. I met friends for lunch today and even laughing was sore.

I'm not safe to be let out :-) :-)

Linds, you need to put more water in it ;-)
