I really do have problems with the military records, for some reason

It took me about 2 hours last year to download my grandfather's records .......... clicking copy sent them into shoebox, then I had to copy them over to my computer and they went into My Pictures, as individual files. Then I had to work out how to transfer them from there to a word document

I've tried a couple of times to email military records to other people ............ and had similar problems.

is it me??????????????????

Just popped in ... have a pot of chicken soup simmering on stove ... as far as saving pages I find it much easier to install a free programme "DoPdf" it installs as a printer on your computer. When in page you want to save do "Ctrl" and "P" at same time select dopdf as your printer (if you use windows 7 you will see a small icon appear on your quick launch bar) click on this icon and you will be able to save a copy of the page you want where you want. Unfortunately you can only do a single screen page at a time.

I will print them off tomorrow and snailmail them to you if you like Renes...

Renes ... he was discharged as medically unfit in October 1917 .. they discovered that he had a valvular disease of the ehart in October 1916 .... took them a year to discover it wouldn't get better!!

He got a pretty good disability pension though.
