	Renes they shouldn't have deleted your post. If was by far a fairer question than mine. GR don't seem to know how moderators work and so seem to have dismissed moderators without doing the research into what is involved. I hope they reconsider. That will be great Sylvia. Will you be sailing to the island or flying?

	It iwll be a nice break ................ and we'll probbaly spend almost all of it yattering! sailing .......... just under 2 hours on the ferry, each way. we made our reservations last night on the ferry ..... probably won't need them but ferries can get very busy. OH and I will be free on Thursday ..... OAPs travel free Mon-Thurs, but we have to pay for the car!

	re moderators I had an interesting experinece last week. I'm on a small closed site where 3 of the members are also moderators. Usually any moderation is done by consultation between 2 or more moderators ...... and that is possible because it is a small site, and we don't have many problems. Anyway, last week, one of the moderators thought something posted wasn't quite right, and may cause hurt to another member. So she removed it and left a message that she had done so Problem was that the 2 or 3 of us who saw it before removal did not think it was in any way a problem .................... but the fact that she had removed it and left a message to that effect could, and would, make others think it had been far worse. There was quite a foofarooh ........... and she eventually said that she had not consulted with any of the others, although she had thought long and hard about it. In the end, she apologised and said she had erred.
