go into your tree

see Tree Pages on next to (your name) Family Tree

Click on that

Click on Tree Settings

Click on Privacy Settings

Unclick Public Tree <<<<<<<<<<<<< this is the default position

Scroll further down

Click on Private Tree

Scroll down and click on Save Changes




just had to retrace my steps to work out how I did it!!!

you can invite them to see your tree as Guest


not sure exactly how, but I know I can view someone else's tree which is otherwise private 'cos she invited me

Ok I will do

A while ago this person copied everything word for word from my tree, then came on here asking me to open my tree to her giving my dads dec'd sister as the name in the title box thing. If she had given a gt uncle or aunt I may not have been as annoyed but I knew she was not related to my aunt.
I asked her what her connection was with this family....never got an answer Think she had about 15k in her tree a month or so ago now she has 20k ummmmm how much of it has she researched herself?

I'm quite proud I have 183 now may have 200 by tomorrow before they cut me off lol

Hot cereal:-
Porridge, Apple & Cinnamon Instant Oatmeal


In the warmer:-

bacon, breakfast sausages, turkey sausages, hash browns, omelettes, poached eggs, grilled mushrooms and tomato mix, fried bread


Pancakes, French toast, Maple syrup, Golden Syrup



Toast, Danish, croissants, crumpets

Jams, jellies, lime marmalade, marmite
