I found it in SPAM yesterday.
Our grandads were brothers.
Took us a while to find each other being Smiths and my mum could not remember how old he was or who he married.

Appointment with Doc for 4.30pm....Book in at reception as you have to and sit down.
Get chatting to the other 2 waiting and one is 5 pm and the other 5.15.pm.

Receptionist only calls the 5.15pm one first,so I jump up and say

EXCUSE ME I am next at 4.30pm even if it now 5.30pm..She says sorry,didnt know you were there,you didnt book in..WHAT..!!!!
Oh YES IDID,..And you said thank you to me when I did and also said please take a seat..!

So I tell her I am going home to make another Appointment and to write letter of complaint as this has happened to me before and the receptionists are incompetent here..

I now have to go back at 5.50pm with their most profuse apologies..
So what is this going to have done to my BP?????????????

I could and will scream very soon..!

Jax I have no idea why Sally is on GR FB page or understand why GR are not deleting her threads which divert business away from themselves. Very strange.

I think they make it up as they go along. They have invited me to look at the terms and condition as to their policy on duty of care. So as I will be bobbing along on a crest of a wave next week for three and a half hours I may just do that. But do you think they want to point out all the ambiguous points for clarification?;-)

I agree Jax it's absolute tosh. If it was the tone then others including me would have been deleted.

I get the feeling they are making it up as they go along without any clear direction when responding to posts on FB and perhaps this is an incite in how they deal with complaints.

When you think on these pages

we have seen people called l¿ars -- sworn at --- insulted -- bullied

and they are paying for the privilege of posting

and that is not beneath their "Tone"

and yet any Tom Dick and Sally can post on FB -- and they set a "Tone Standard"

Didnt bother with the BP reading as it was pointless by the as I was too irate.

But I did get what I wanted from him...Sleeping pills...as I have been sleeping badly for a while.
And I also keep getting a pain similar to that of when you have gall stones,which is not poss for me as I have had my gall bladder out.

It seems that in 2006 I had some funny sounding bacteria in the stomach acid and he says its an unusual one that not many people get and I need a test to see if it is recurring and I have to go back next week for the test..They test your breath ,then you drink something and then half an hour later they test your breath again to see if the drink stuff has reacted to the poss bacteria..
And that was a palaver to arrange as well..

But I do like my DR very much as at least he listens and trys to get you sorted out,not like the last one I had who was only really interested in himself or horses..!

Well I have just been told they are allowed the freedom of speech on that page to be helpful and direct them to other sites???

As this person said she was a member (I take that as someone who pays) she had already been advised to post here. Personally I think they should just shut the page down as its not doing them any favours

I had gall bladder out too Fans pancretitas accused me of being an alcaholic because I was a pub landlady, I did'nt drink then as I had just had a baby and was feeding her myself...stupid doctors
