	My sister is back from Turkey she had a lovely time she went to Gallipoli and she cried she saw a cemetery one was called Lone Pine and a Turkish one. I am pleased she is home again. Had a row wih the Estate Manager this morning I wanted to change my cooker from Gas to Electric and have been told I need to get written permission and irt will cost me £60. I said that is more then the cost of deleivery and installation. we had a lot of wards she went off in a huff. I told her I was also having tiles around the gas boiler as the Anchor had given this contract to a company who didnt make good so for five years I have had cement and no tiles in the kitchen around the boiler . I have asked a man to come and retile it for me to be told I need permission £60 for permission. it was Anchor who hirered the contractor and left me like this. yet I am suppose to pay for permission and pay for the tiles and the guy to fit them for me. this is listed as a Charity. for retired people leashold property. so I have been in a foul mood all day. I hope you have not had a day like this. Rita
