I bought a £5 box of sweet cakes from Iceland including doughnuts . profiteroles ans sliced Swiss rolls and everything went in 20mins at the wedding party last week ..LOL

The Saga of a limb.

Not yet ready for a Highland Fling but i have gone from being totally rigid on my left leg to being able to have some movement. I will now take a bit of gentle exercise aimed specifically at building up my circulation and muscle tone.

Shelly I have Barbar Lewis in the family my gran who we lived with was a Sarah Lewis. the Barbar was my Aunties husbands mother.. Lol also aa Sarah. my Lewis came from Shropshire.

I have all the windows open it is so warm. I was going to wash the inside of the windows changed my mind think I will watched a DVD such rubbish on TV.

iv got a great big lump of beef cost £23
