I've still got my wings Marilyn, so Stephen couldn't possibly have led me astray. :-) Although I must admit........... he did try - but don't tell anyone. ;-)

I've put the cake in the cyber hatch, it's on its way.

How did your cousin smell gorgeous, what did he smell of? Are you sure he was talking about the shape of your mouth? LOL. :-D :-D :-D

I've just had a phone call to say my niece and her daughters are on their way over to see me............. better defrost some cakes quick.

No the people know they have been put there for a reason I think they see me coming.

I am still fighting the leasholders of this property. I asked for permission to change my gas cooker over to electric we have both in our kitchens. I was told yes but I have to pay £60 to do this. so I complained to HO and they sent the letter to the area manager who hung onto it for a few weeks. before telling me that up to date requirments due to safety regulations they have to check my contractor had the required qulifications. this is for me and my neighbours safety ( I told them I didnt think John Lewis would send an unqulaifed contractor to fit it.) the connections are all there they need to plug the gas cap and shut it down and the electric is already there only need to be wired in.I would only use a contractor that was within the regulations.

Then they put secondly when a property is sold there is a requiment to produce evidence where an alteration has been made and approved by the landlord (Leaseholder )and a certificate produced solicitors now request copies of these as part of the property purchase, in order to prepare for the future.and request to have the documents completed at the time of alteration. So I asked are you telling me that ? if I sell this property I have to pay £60 to have my cooker taken out and supply a certificate, to prove it, ? and if someone buys the property they will have to supply a certificate to have a cooker put in ?
The world has gone over the top. needless to say I am going to keep my cooker. they can go and run for my money..
They screw you for everything they can. and this a registered charity.
The internal furniture and the flat is my own it is the ground that is leased..
I have just repled again and told them a few home truths.

Rita.

Go put in a new cooker .......they would never be able to evict you ! you own the property and all its contents.....

As long as you can prove to your Leaseholder on sale of your property when the time comes that it was installed by a professional installer I cant see the problem.

I know that's what I would do.....in other words are they suppose to check ALL your electrical goods to see if its in working order ....I think Not !!

My son and daughter told me that Marilyn. but I live in the same block as the estate manger she lives in the flat opposite mine. My daughter said wait till she goes to poland and get it done then she goes for two weeks.
I think I am too honest so dont get anywhere for being that way.

How is Pete getting on after his gall bladder removal is he completely better now ?

remeber I said I could not get a white cotton long slip anywhere. I have 2 of them on order from M & S on line and they are going to deleiver them on Thursday £3.85 deleivery charge.

I brought a lovely long whiter skirt while in Norfolk last week it has leaves on and looks nice so I am pleased I now have the long white slip to go underneath. I want to take it to The Isle of Wight with me when I go next month.

Hi friends, hope you have all had a peaceful day.
Mo, I do hope you are now beginning to feel better,
Pauline, yes I sit Scarlett up in front of me, she loves to be on the horses,
have just bought her a shetland pony, she rides him, [with me holding her]
she sits at the side of him and brushes his legs and feet.
Rita, I hope you get your transport to the hospital arranged.
I think I need to make a list of all of you on here, my memory lets me down, and I have 'senior moments' when I cant remember what I did yesterday and remembering names is a nightmare.
Good night, God bless you all,
Sweet dreams.
Jean xx :-) :-) :-) :-)
