I've been doing the stress test on Radio Four. My stress level is low :-)
I got 85% on the word test. Some of the questions I didn't understand :-0

My first car was a Mini Yvonne, I put it in dads name so that I went on his insurance and it was cheaper.

you can't put young drivers on parent's insurance anymore, the insurance companies have got wise to it and say it's fraud.

my first car was a Toyota Corolla. I had a mini too, it's amazing how much you can fit in such a small car!

Morning all, hope you had a restful night. just taken me 35 minutes to get on this page, kept getting error message.

It has poured down all night.......torrential :-P :-P :-P :-P :-P

Lady Stephen is off to see 'Take That' tonight. I hope it drys up for the Concert. When she went to see Rod Stewart at Edinburgh Castle they got soaked. Time she realised she is no longer a Teeny Bopper ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-)

It's good though that her and our daughter, Kirsteen, have such an excellent relationship that they can go to these things together. Long may it continue. :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

I'm gonna be around the Homestead today so I'll drop in and out just to see who I can annoy

apologies for not popping in yesterday. I got carried away with some research.
Mo, glad you seem to be on the mend, sorry Roly is not too good.
Linda, great that your dad is home from hospital, I hope he will be able to manage.

Morning all.
I am all aches and pains this morning. my own fault I lifted the heavy mattress of the single bed so I could get the flance and sheets off to wash today and put clean ones on. my it was a struggle. I did it. but wish I had not. I am suffering for it now.

Yvonne my son tried to get his daughter Rebeccas insurance put in his name but they didnt do it.. he pays her its around £3.000 she has not passed her test yet. she goes sometimes this month for the test. I hope she passes as the lessons are heavy.

I am pleased your feeling better MO poor Hubby getting it now ? I hope he gets over it quickly.

Sunny here at the moment but forcaste is for rain.

Got an ear check up at the hospital today, looks like my ear canal has closed too narrow after my last op and if I put ear drops in they don't go down my ear canal !
Hmm could be another op to chip away some bone :-S

In the surgery, you often hear the expression: "The doctor will see you now".

How about changing to: "Doctor - the patient will se you now".

ok marilyn your on

harriet marrow born 1835 wickhambrook suffolk
married george barber in 1852

her mother was elizabeth marrow born abt 1820
now i have her in 1841 census with who i think is her mother ann
now i do have baptisim disk

showing harriet mother no father
and mother elizabeth with father john and mother ann

ok now john is a plummer and glaier and he dont seem to apeer on any census so may be dead befor 1841

now i have not check all the other names in the census on my disk
but will do

now when you look and check other census is were you get confused as there is a lot of brothers and sisters liveing to gether pluss there children

and you can see its all the same family by the way thay are all plummer glazier and painters


and the therfer you go back looks like family could also be bakers


by the way im 100% that 1841 is my lot it all match with the marrige cert
for harriet

you will see in 1841 there is also a sophia chapman and she is a witness on the marrige cert

i can email if needed

on my marrige disk ther are 3 mail marrige

JAMES //// JOHN////AND JOSIAH

and guss what thay are married to

EAGLE////CHAPMAN////PATTLER


all names that are in the census liveing in the same roads
now even more work as some of these names could be grandperant on wife side

god i have not even look for the girls marrige yet
