well Hello

I am back on line don t know how long for, ? what a week I had no . emails could get through now and again one went out. I had no internet whatsoever. my son contacted orange and they told him what to check he spent an hour doing that still nothing. then on sunday my daughter turned up she did the same, they said and engineer would check my lines. and phone me he didnt in the meantime I found the guy in this block had been an IT and this was his type of work( he is now a misionary )he said call me when they phone and I will sort it out for you. I ran up the stairs barefooted, he came down and he tried different things all the my children had done. then he asked me about my filters on the phone and compter he took the filter off the computer and fitted d it on the incoming phone line, he even went and got me a new cable longer than mine and fitted it.,,whoosh away it went all my emails lined up came through and my internet. so I hope it stays this good. anyway missed you all this last few days.

Hi Everyone.

Been to a little place called Cawsands in Cornwall today.Very pretty unspoilt village,had a lovely walk around the cottages the weather was perfect.

Stevey..... thanks for all the tips Yes he is a tall young 15yr old , although not fully muscular yet !! but he is very strong & a good rugby player & surfer . So I think if by Christmas he is still interested in joining I'll buy him that book you suggested.

Blimey its taken me several try's to get on here tonight I kept thinking it must be my lappy.

I 'm going to bed early tonight as you all know I was up in the early hours this morning

I think our sun has finished shining as about 4pm it went all hazy ,but I was in the car by then after my day out so nice and warm.

Eyesight is still giving me problems. The right eye was injured in 1982 and has never been the same. The muscles were damaged and the eye is scarred. Back to the hospital on Friday. :-P :-P :-P :-P :-P :-P :-P :-P :-P

Morning all
Definately duller here today.
We went and did our knight in shinning armour act last night, well hubby anyway. Daughter had a flat tyre, and being pregnant couldn't change it herself, so over we went and changed it for her. I walked my sons dog that they are looking after, so we have both been asked to dinner tonight.

Tomorrow is hubbies Dad's 88th birthday so we are over there, no cooking tomorrow either.

Just as well as I have to have a tooth out on thursday Ugh.

Stephen they are not real faints, they want to see if it is true the Scot wears nothing under his kilt.?

Today is the day I have my warfarin blood test done and also my Thyriod one. tomorrow is the flu jab think it might be the swine flu as well. so I am not looking forward to the after effects.

Stephen sorry your eye is still giving problems my younger son is blind in one of his eyes due to a car accident when he was 18 he is 54 now and somedays it plays up more then others.

We have sunshine here at the moment, about an hour ago the sky was black, looked like the start of a storm. Suppose we should make the most of any sunny days now, before winter arrives.

Hi all.

Jean, we lost the sun on Sunday, never seen it since, we had gales yesterday but it's calmed down a bit today. A bit nippy though, need to get the warm woollies out now.

Rita, I hope the blood tests go OK today. Your flu jab might not be as bad as you think, my son didn't have any bother with his. His arm was a bit red and it did swell up a little bit but he didn't seem to have any pain from it. Mind you, he's a tough nut, he's as hard as nails. :-)

Linda, it's good that your hubby has a couple of mates living near by, he'll be able to keep up with what's going on at work.

Stephen, stop tripping those women up!! :-D

Maddie will be off to the coalface by now, putting in another hard day's graft.

How's your dad now Marilyn? It was nice of the receptionist to help you out at the hospital, at least she took his age into consideration.

Still I'll be happy with what I have.......monies ia OK but you need yer health to enjoy it :-D

Health is the top most of importants on any list. even with money you do not get good health.
The bonus is if you have money as well as good health.

I had my blood test done I get the warfarin to -morrow and the thyroid one on friday.. I asked the Hospital nurse if she was feeling better ? as she cancelled the blood test for last week,. she told me . she was walking her dog and a women let her greyhound off the lead which spotted a dog he fancied and knocked Marion off her feet crashed into the back of her leg.she said it is still very sore, she has to have x_rays tomorrow to make sure everything is OK.

I brought a small fresh chicken while I was out. thats in the oven cooking., so that will be three days dinners.

I also brought a "Thank You "card for Les who did my computer for me
He would not let me pay for the cable he also gave me.

have a good day. it tried to rain here a little while ago and the sky is grey so maybe we will have a down pour.

Hello Everyone, I hope you all enjoyed the sunshine, I took Oscar to the caravan, it was so hot, just the sort of weather you need when your caravanning, I took oscar to Hunstanton Green for a walk on Sunday evening and there was a massive traffic jam of cars leaving, I've never seen so many people, then when I got home yesterday afternoon the airport on my Apple computer was turned off, I rang BT who could not help and then I rang Apple who did not know what to do, so they mad me an appointment to take the computer into them on friday, I fixed the problem myself in the end and cancelled friday.
Off to do some research on the tree now, I have the most difficult ancesters, i now have a family who on the 1851 census have one surname and on the 1861 census have another surname.

Oooooh thanks for sending out the Marines Marilyn, I had a great time with them.
I think I got lost days ago, and couldn't find my way back, but it was a wonderful dream island while it lasted.
Lazing on the golden sands, palm trees swaying in the breeze, cool drink in my hand, and a big handsome hunk waving a big palm to cool me down.
Huh!!! I can dream can't I. I woke to a cold windy day,that threatened rain, but by this evening it hadn't arrived.

Oh and by the way, my membership was renewed last week, so sorry, you are stuck with me. lol ;-) ;-) ;-)
