It's a lot cooler here this morning. The washing is out on the line,when it's dry I am sending it down the cyber hatch for Linda to ir*n.
Got to watch out as rain is forecast for today.


It's a good job you didn't break down Shelly,I can just imagine you in front of a copper in your jim jams. LOL

Morning all I was up at 5:00 with hubby, but thought too early to add!!! How wrong was I , you've all been busy too.
It was nice when I got up. Then we had heavy rain. Now the sun is shinning.

Will be walking to Drs soon

Shelly you could have got arrested , police might have thought some funny goings on so early in the morning in your PJ !!

I'm out for the day today with friends for lunch at 11am all girls, always end up talking about our younger days. two of them are footballers wives in our days
a bit different that the ones now though .

So I'm going for my bath & hair wash to try and look younger than I do ..LOL as all the old photos will bound to come out to compare .

Morning once again to all the lazy bones Lol.

I have been out the back digging . you know I have only a strip for my garden the gardeners come once aweek and mow the lawns and trim the hedges they were suppose to clear the weed from my little strip but did not. I know they have a large garden to attend too there are 25 flats and bunglow on this retiement estate.
So I went and did it myself. half a black sack full. I was so tired after that then a little robin red breast ploped his-self down by the side of me and waited. when I had finished he rushed around gathering ants and worms I watched him. he did two trips while I was standing there.

you know I told you about the ant powder on my sills well guess who turned up a little while ago the window cleaners with their hoses so the rain did not touch the ant powder but the windows cleaners have. what annoys me is the hoses just leave water droplets on the window panes the same as the rain. they do not polish the window panes as they did when they used a ladder.. perhaps I am a miserable old So and so...
well thin k I will make a cup of coffee now.

Afternoon everyone. Had a nice walk to Dr then chemist and PO to send a sympathy card to my cousins wife & family. I first met her in 1976 so we go back a long way as they say.
I now have a marvellous inhaler for the next 2 weeks. See how that goes and a referal is being made to a dermatologist about the hair loss. Not holding my breath, so we'll see how soon that comes through.
Walked with my friend so we went into her house for our tea today.
Just back and had my lunch.
Still overcast so no washing today, no more rain though.

Guess I'll be back up my tree this afternoon.

Chicken and stir fry veg for dinner tonight.

I had a call from one of the hospitals I was sent to for tests for Rumatroid Arthutis I dont have it but I have been going back for five months the doctor a RA specilist is telling me to cut my steriods down his locum phoned me to tell me this morning I told her we have been through this again and I do what my OWN doctors tells me she said this Doctor is a specilist I told her I have not got RA she said he knows that he is treating you for
Polymyalgia Rheumayica. I tod her my doctor has been treating me for this for the past four years. she said she was going to write to my doctor
about it. and when I see the RA doctor to tell him what I had told her. I said well i cannot be that seriouse as he has cancelled my hospital appointments three times so far I now have my fourth one in..

so I am not happy about it I will have to wait and see what my doctor tells me. I only have a 5 minute walk to my doctor yet if I go to the RA specilist I have half an hour jounery by car and irt costs me £15 each time
It is all happening to me.
so what are you lot up too then today? anything interesting.

hello everyone

had a bit of rain this morning and it was cooler for a while, but I did get hot standing out on the playing field with the kids at lunchtime, I don't know where they get their energy from,

My pots and hanging baskets have finally flowered but one of the baskets looks a bit flat I'm wondering if a pigeon has been using it as a nest!!

I have just watered my plants at the back of the flat as they are dried up and needed watering badly..
Yvonne perhaps they have had a party in your hanging basket little devils it could be the soil has sunk in the middle and you have not noticed it so the plants have sunk
It keep clouding over here I do not think it know what to do rain or sunshine I know it is still very warm.
Are you going a broad for your holidays ?
I dont think the WDYTYA startes till the end of July but then it might not be Bruce first..
The America one is suppose to have been on but I have not seen it since the first one I wonder if it is because of the football and tennis we have had no east enders for two days yet they put things on in place of it that are repeats so they must be making a lot of money this BBC.putting on so many repeats.

I wouldn't have thought the dermatologist was the right person to see about your hair Linda - but what do I know?

What a relief, Shelly isn't going to get her Barber family out again, don't think I could stand the stress...........lol

Rita, I would complain if my window cleaner just put the hose on my windows and didn't polish them.............but then I'm getting old now as well.
Maybe you need to have a word with your own doctor about the problems you're having with the hospital.

I got my camera replaced today, It's on charging now - so I might be able to send that photo later, if it doesn't break the camera again.

Yes Pauline that slip of paper has haunted me , what I would like to know is , why didn't the person come back or leave a contact ....weird !!

My dad was confused at first , but I said leave it to me I'll sort it out , but I cant until this person comes back .

Oooh eerr Marilyn, that note does seem strange. Now if it is family, why are they waiting this long to get back to your dad. It does make you wonder if its a member off his original extended family that has traced dad,and are afraid at the moment to face dad, for fear of how it would affect him.
We all know that families try to trace members off their family,who have been adopted out. Do you think that this could be the case.

Pauline you are a saucy mare,I did wash them cups up. Just coz you didn't see me,I put them in the dish washer dont ya know. Cant get my nails spoilt,by doing them by hand.
I have had a good teacher in Marilyn,she's told me I shouldn't wash up unless I wear rubber gloves.LOL

Hello Elizabeth .......its been a little bit cool here , but it made a change .

Marilyn, Shabby kicked off because BB asked her to give her hat to them,so that they could have some baccy. She didn't want to give it to them because it belonged to her grandad,and it has sentimental meaning to her.

Hi Elizabeth,it's still boiling hot here. Another night off no sleep I suppose.
