Why does Cynthia have to get the sausages out of the freezer, I thought she would be able to make them on the hoof/trotter?

And a silk purse is never made out of a sows ear ;-)

Yet some always make a pigs ear of it ( whatever it is)

However Cynthia you could give Kim and Aggie a run for their money as the queen of clean

(for those on a different continent, Kim and Aggie where presenters of a show over here called How Clean is your House and went into some really disgusting places to clean up)

The avatar piggy is from a joke email someone sent me. When you see the actual thing, he is actual moving with laughter. Quite funny really.


I don't know about being like Kim and Aggie TF, I still find dust and muck around despite my best efforts. My oven is dis-re-gusting at the moment and due for a clean. THAT's what I meant to get this morning.....oven cleaner........bah humbug.

Cynthia, I can 'out-do' you one one thing then - my oven is sparkling.!!!

It is new, of course, and because I just LOVE it, I take out every crumb and every speck of grease every time I use it :D

I wonder how long that will last? ;-)

Mines still clean Dea....but then again I dont cook any dead flesh in there....spaltting all it's fat everwhere

Ahhh, but 'mine' is a 'magic oven' Ginns - it has 'Circotherm' which means that you cook at a lower temperature so there is very little 'spaltting' (I love that spelling <3) of fat and it doesn't burn on ;-)

It cooks most things at about 160degrees and just as quickly and, YES, I have done my 'yorkies' and they came out perfectly........

Hmmmm Yorkies, we are off out to a mates for an Indian but must not be late back as I have CPD to catch up on tomorrow...on a course myself for a chnage

I mentioned to HID last night it was about time he cleaned the oven

Now I think there should be a notice before people post to say

If you have a busy life with looking after your family, working,cooking and being a carer please be aware there are a lot of sad people on here that would like a reply at some stage.

I had a pm from someone last night who said she had not read my messages four days ago her "blackberry" automatically marks her emails as read and she does'nt always have access to a computer ect ect

Then there are the other people who think you are their personal researcher, who ask you to look something up and 24 hours later they still hav'nt read the reply.

I am not going to comment on the Living rellies board as that is just ridiculous

I had the same today.....it happens to me quite often because of the messages I send out.


This person firstly requested to view my tree. When I told her we weren't related, but had sent a message to her about her replies, she came back with.....how did I know about so and so and where did I find the information from.

Deep breath......None of us know so and so......and then I explained how the boards work. She hasn't replied since :S


I have a feeling that some don't get past the first sentence of my message because they are not used to reading anything longer than a headline!!


I have put a comment on the How Rude thread on Geneal chat.

Enjoy the course tomorrow Ginns - Don't you just 'cringe' on some of them - when you have given them yourself and know how it should be done .

It is great when you get someone who is good but with the rest of them you just want to either take over or escape to the pub !!

Dea, its a three month course (CTTLS) and well below the level Im qualified to teach at but I have to keep up CPD


Still you can always learn something new......
