I can also buy wonderful bread from our village bakery which people come from miles around to get bread from,but they dont do Gluten free and have you seen the PRICE of it in the shops anyway? |

Dea, there are a couple of brands of breadmaker have collapsible paddles that retract when the loaf starts to bake which solve that problem. When mine's ready to be replaced I'll get one of those. |
