Toast (sourdough, rye, white, whole grain, 100% brown, Hovis, gluten free), Danish, lemon and nut muffins


Jams, jellies, Ginger marmalade, marmite, peanut butter, vegemite

Hmmm those lemon and nut muffins again... I will be there.

Made some gluten free ones with silverbeet, sundried tomatoes and cheese today. Just two little ones for my lunch.

Hi Sylvia,

I am okay, received all of the paperwork to fill in to go into hospital...talk about needing to know everything and anything about a person.

Give the date that you last had 4 alcoholic drinks in the one day, the date that you suffered any gastric reflux, do suffer from 101 disorders!

Bit scary in that they have bumped me up to the high category to get done soon, so not looking forward to that!

Today is a special day for me...or should I say the royal 'we', as we have been married for 43 years.

Given the health probs my OH has suffered during that time, I never thought we would make it but, here we are. Every day is precious and I am grateful for it.

No party.......don't be silly, he doesn't 'do' parties if he can possibly help it, but the family are popping round tonight.


Still got bedrooms to dust though.......~~~~~

Oh Dea, I should have said. If you like wedding pics, then you will have to force yourself to go over to 'the others side'. ;-)

I'm doing quite well at the moment thank you Grace although I do have a few Doctor and Hospital appointments coming up soon.

Dea the two little muffins I had for lunch were ones I made.

Now the lemon and nut ones.... I took just the one for my supper...

We certainly do have to do a lot of form filling, and the information they want... everytime I go to A & E it's another one..... then there are all these darn surveys... our postal service puts out one every year... turns out they onsell the information. We didn't do it last year and we won't be this year. I hope the hospitals don't pass on what I put down. I feel like asking for my lot to be returned to me... They have a rather large book full of notes, I saw it when I was in hospital once.

I may not even now attend the party because you are accusing me of acting like a Bar Steward and the diminutive Dea is bullying me. Not only that but I find the thought of being present at a function where there will be 20 male dancers (All wearing very little) a little disconcerting. It certainly will do little to enhance my image. Now if the ratio of female/male dancers was reversed then I might reconsider.

R.... can bring some of his belly dancers.

I got asked on another thread as to why I had a lamp post.... had to explain my upmarket clientele like a bit of refinement. ;-) ;-)
