	Mornin Renes. Can I just say that I am somewhat surprised that I cannot spot any Alka Seltzer amongst the menu offerings this morning. After the shenanigans of some of the participants at last nights function I am sure that some may be in need settlement of the tum and clearing of the head.
	Researching: Don't put off until tomorrow doing what you can do today. If you like doing it today you can do it again tomorrow. Be kind to your children for it is they who will decide which care home you end up in.

After Perse rolled me out the door, this nice young man (Coldstream Guard, he was) looked after me and helped pick the rice and prawns out me hair. Had a nice bareskin he did. I'll just head home without breakfast, I think. Has anyone seen me shoes?

	Is it me......why do people leave their washing on the line for a whole week, through rain and shine.....numpties ....and to make things worse, the neighbour has just added more washing and still left the old washing on the line! I, on the other hand had my fresh washing on the line at 7am, the dishwasher loaded at 7.30am, the months post and bills filed by 8am Right....what next

No-one will notice if I keep me feet under the seat on the train back to Newcastle. (Thought there were spiders in me hair but it was just me false eyelashes).
