we can both cheer for both teams right through to the last round ...........the Stanley Cup Final round



THEN we become sworn enemies :-D


we were in Ottawa a few years ago, when the Senators were in the Final round .......... we were in the Westin, and stood at our window watching the game on a giant screen set up to our left ....... outside City Hall??

Chateau Laurier and Parliament were to the right, and old train station to the right front, Rideau Canal right in front.


It was great fun! The huge crowd was pretty well behaved :-D

Ice Hockey is the Canadian winter sport.

We're into the post season ...... playing for the trophy


Think the FA Cup sort of thing.


Margee and I support 2 different Canadian teams, the ONLY 2 Canadian teams in this year's playoffs .......... the other 16 are all American teams.



soooooooooooooooooo .......... Margee and I are friends, and support each other's teams UNTIL both our teams reach the final round, when they will have to play each other for the Stanley Cup.


Then we become enemies

(some extra bacon, turkey sausage or sausage patties, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, Maple baked beans, olive oil, in the hidey place to cook up for the very hungry ones!)
