Persephone, you don't have Turnbull ancestry, do you?
It was my ancestor who wrestled the damn bull and saved Robert the Bruce, hence the name Turnbull.

Dear old Maurice Micklewhite :-D

Ann, why does Old want us? I speak to him on another thread......will go and have a look to make sure he's okay.

Had a good day and OH managed to stay with me at the meeting all the time. Took his meds with him and, because it was discussing things he was interested in, I think that kept him going.

Dea.....tell me about it. For years I have opened the front door after being out, with a certain amount of trepidation........<3

seems as though there is a gaggle of Turnbull cousins on here !!!

MargaretM

MargaretM Report 22 Apr 2012 01:04

A gaggle of Turnbulls? I don't know that that's the proper terminology. A gaggle of geese. OK.
Just looked it up and gaggle is also military slang for an unorganized group doing nothing. Not the Turnbulls, surely? Our motto is "I saved the King"

SylviaInCanada

SylviaInCanada Report 22 Apr 2012 01:33
