Have had quite a nice today really.....too much sitting down though I guess.... :-D


Finishing off the final details for our wedding fair - out to lunch - talking to and comforting our friend's daughter :-( and generally internetting!!

Free range eggs, fresh local Welsh sausage, hash brown, baked beans, mushrooms, fresh grilled tomato and Welsh bacon. Eggs can be fried, scrambled, poached or boiled

Princess Nest
Creamy scrambled egg with fresh smoked salmon on a toasted muffin

Trio of Welsh tasters: Glamorgan sausage, cockles bacon and laver bread,Welsh Rarebit with smoked bacon.

Omelette
Sausage, bacon & mushroom omelette – vegetarian omelette also available

Croissants: Freshly baked buttery croissants

Emlyn's Pies: Steak and Ale, Chicken leek and Mushroom or cottage pie..

Ratatouille pancake with cheese sauce and spring greens and minted new potatoes.

Was it the one with Greg Rudedski in it Gins? Haven't seen it to be honest because I only like the series with Joan Hickson playing Miss Marple. She was simply the best!!!

Had a nice walk this morning, had a cake out with daughter, and then wandered around the shops this afternoon- didn't buy a thing!! :-D

Just back from Costco got some stuff and ordered the cake to collect on Friday.!

Treated ourselves to some red velvet cupcakes just split one between us as they are massive. Yummy!!
