Morning All

well some of you anyway.

Went into the practice yesterday.
Still cannot do everything but I am getting there.
I am still finding it so tiring though.

I have my first Physio appointment tomorrow.
Movement is improving now.

Gins I agree with you. I am aware that my daughter has been under so much pressure because of this. Her OH has been unemployed for a year and a half now. She and our receptionist both have small children and they have been trying to cover for me. Patients have been put out when we cannot accommodate their needs because of it. Yesterday Ray had to do home visits on his own and ran so late he had to cancel 2 of them. Not good. I think everyone will be relieved when I can get back into things.

JC and / or R

did either of you feel the earth move this afternoon?

"There was a minor earthquake in Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec on Wednesday afternoon, with accounts of feeling tremors from Ottawa to the Greater Montreal Region. ................. happened about 1:36 p.m. ET.

The strength of the quake isn't yet clear. NRC says it had a magnitude of 4.3. But the U.S. Geological Survey says it was only a 3.7."

Hi LK

take it nice and easy, and do exactly what the physio tells you!

I promise you the treatment he / she gives you will help ....... but at least as important is that you do the exercises that they give you.

I've maintained for years that the only reason I am still walking is because of what the physio has been able to do since I started going to him about 1997.

so, yes, the physio really helps me!

Such a slow day on here today....everyone must be really busy. I have had the kind of day I expected....manic - and have only just sat down..7.30pm.

LK - do hope the physio helps - I'm sure it will. It must be so frustrating to be so limited though. Never mind, hopefully, you will soon be back on form.

Good jokes R.......made me smile too.

Hadn't heard about the earthquakes in that area Sylvs. No doubt, if JC has been affected, she will let us know.......;)

Better try and get some very belated messaging done......~~~~~ will pop back later.

Didn't feel a thing, S! Mind you, we have such a clatter of snowplows and things around here these days, I'd have just thought it was that. Not like that last one when I thought the house was collapsing on its 18-inch thick stone foundations ...
