Not even gonna try to catch up, I think.

Re the fmp fb page -- who is the person who thinks the page is her private photograph album?? What a way to junk up an fb wall ... not even keep them in one thread.

A propos of nothing really ... it's just that people do the oddest things and sometimes I just feel like wondering out loud ...

I have still not manged to get my family tree maker problem fixed so have started a new tree and getting lots more info on it. I am getting the hang of web clipping. Has anyone else tried using the New Zealand electoral Roll on Ancestry. I can view it but I cannot get it onto my tree.

I also wondered about all those photos!

Cynthia Report 21 Mar 2011 16:50

Hi Renes, I'm fine but a bit cheesed orf. I have a loose connection on my laptop.....apparently it isn't the charging lead it's the bit it connects to inside.....cost of repair? £220+ !!!!! Meanwhile, it is held in place with sticky tape!

Nearly teatime...............grrrr that means I have to go to the kitchen...AGAIN.

jax Report 21 Mar 2011 16:51

Hi All

Renes I have a question just got my tax code for next year is 283 better than 172 as I'm getting confused with it

ja...x

Dea

Dea Report 21 Mar 2011 16:53

O.K. thanks Renes but I am REALLY tired today !!!!!

I need a bit more oxygen I think !!

Dea x

Gee

Gee Report 21 Mar 2011 16:53

It means you can earn £283 before paying tax as opposed to £172

Cyns.....bin the lappy and get another for about £300 from Dell

Dea

Dea Report 21 Mar 2011 16:57

Yes Ja....x - I think that 283 is better - I seem to remember that it relates to how much you can earn without paying tax.

172 would mean £1720 and 283 would mean £2830 ??

I may be wrong though but I think you are 'better off'
