	Oh LK, reinjuring one's self, makes one want to kick one's self, doesn't it? My mum's right shoulder is a mess since a bicycle accident when she was in her 40s -- it's all wired up inside, and is essentially not much use. She has been like that so long that she knows not to use it to catch herself if she trips etc. ... hence her propensity to fall on her face ...

	I was 3/4 asleep though. Apart from little setbacks I have been making good progress and the doctor and Physio were amazed. I am not going to let a cowardly thief ruin my life cthough. Please give my best wishes to mum. She will also have a painful road ahead. I will be thinking of her.

	I used to like blamange but mom used to say it was common....snob, so I had it at my common mates house! Theres loads of crackling Dea.....Renes yours is by the fire with the rest of it
