Morning everyone. well it has started the cold weather has crept up on me. I was fine in bed, rather warm but once I got up I knew it was not as warm as I thought.?
we had rain last night but it did not last long. just enough to water the garden.that is one job we save on when we have rain watering plants.

did anyone watch Panarama last night ?those little children begging on the streets in London. how heart breaking is that, to see parents put there children through that.when they had big houses and drove BMW's cars back in Rumania.

Off for my breakfast now think it will be porriage.

I hope you have a lovely day with your family and friends and at your day centre.

Very cold here, frosty this morning. Strange rain storms yesterday evening. But much brighter now.
Didn't get to the gym. Hope to go for a walk tomorrow with my neighbour, after it warms up a bit as we both can't take the cold air on our chests, poor old things.

Been sorting out some art and craft mainly Christmas for my frinds children for next week ...... half term and for my daughter for the YMCA youngsters.

Sorry Pauline, it was a good job I looked on the thread, or I would have missed Brents birthday, and I wouldn't want to do that.

Oh good grief folks, isn't it cold today,I have been tempted to put the fire on, but resisted and put an extra jumper on instead.

I have started to sort out some clothes for next week. Thick jumpers,cardigans, socks, jeans, scarf and gloves, my winter coat and boots, now apart from undies and nightwear what have I forgotten, ohh yes my balaclava. lol

What a grotty old day. Soooooo cold.

Mo, a friend of mine went to Blackpool last weekend. He said the lights are turned off at 11pm. I thought they were on all night, or at least until the early hours.

Must be all the cuts, lol.

Have a lovely time, and wrap up warm. Bring me back a stick of rock.

A quick bit of tree climbing, and then off for an early night.

Off to see my dad today......and some food shopping.

Mo ...I had the fire on most of yesterday ,I was freezing to death !!

But its warmer today but no sun as yet .

Poor Stevey shovelling snow up there in bonny Scotland.

Morning all. it is a bit nippy this morning, it is the dark mornings that upset me. waking up and seeing how dark it is outside.

I have been watching a little TV while I had my breakfast. I saw one of the Jockey trainers on about whipping horses,.he said it doesnt hurt it is all padded. well I would like to hit him with the padded whip half a dozen times and see if he likes it and see if it hurts him. ? yes he has left me in a bad mood. Jockeys going on strike about it. they wont for long they get well paid.

sun is coming out. I shall go and do a little shopping this morning. before the weather turns for the worst. hope you all have a good day. dont spend to much remeber Christmas is coming up.

Morning all.

Dark and wet today, but not as cold as yesterday.

Thank you for all the birthday wishes for my son. He had a lovely day at the centre, they let him have his party in the allotment polytunnel (his favourite place) and he got loads of cards and presents. He had another little party at home with close family, he was as high as a kite all night. He laughed so much he wore himself out.

Rita - David Cameron is threatening to use a three-lined whip in the forthcoming EU Commons Debate.

Is that legal or perhaps some MPs deserve a beating now & again?

Mp's can put their hands up and defend them selves.

Horse cannot.they have to get a whipping so the jockey and owner makes money
.I dont care about the EU they are rubbish anyway.
