Well Well Well Marilyn does this mean we may have to pay to talk to you,if you have a famous relative. In either normal language or rhyming slang, how much brass is going to cost us. LOL
Rita, your tea party sounds like it went well. Good on you for winning the raffle. I hope you enjoy yourself at your sisters. If you go to tea with Her Maj ,give her all our regards. And if you get given an MBE or something as good, please carry on talking to us humble people.
Shelly whats save and chips,do you mean saveloy and chips. Hows little man these days. We miss our updates on his progress.
Hi Liz,hows you doing mate. Has him indoors been behaving himself.

Hi all
Now this is what I got on a piece of paper .
Elizabeth Alexandra Mary.( NO Surname ) Born 21st April 1926 aged 84yrs.
Bruce Joseph Forsyth Johnson Born 22nd February 1928 aged 82yrs.
Now someone knows that my Dad is called Johnson and has come around to see him ,but he never heard them knock on the door. Now my Dad is illegitimate and he took the name Johnson from his mothers marriage to a Johnson when he was 3yrs old.
We dont know anything about his step father as my dad never liked him and we are really not blood relation to this name Johnson only by marriage , but I think I might like him now ...LOL
So I gotta do some research now on the Johnson as it could be a relation of his step dad. But I never knew Brucie was a Johnson did any of you ??????

MARILYN HAS NO ONE COME FORWARD AND ADMITTED THEY PUT THE PAPER THROUGH THE DOOR. perhaps they are going to ask Brucie to do a WDYTYA abe we might see you on the TV whoooo.so let me know what you find out even if I am away l dont want to miss any of the excitment or it could be they are on holiday in your area and took a chance some one might bei n. did your Dad come from Devon then ? or was he born outside as I thought Bruce Forsyht was born in London.
I have been doing some of my packing and sorted my tablets out then I had a phone call from my friend in Norfolk so I have spent half and hour on the telephone with her. Mo it was not a booby prize it is from a good company and it is a long jar surrounded by basket work and has a metal clasp on it it is quiet heavy. as my sister potters about in her garden l thought it would be a nice gift for her. she has gardeners to do the heavy work the big tree;s and hedges and the lawns but she does the flowers her self. walk to the top of her road and cross over and your on Hampstead heath. Mo I dont think I will go to tea with the Queen she is always asking me and I refuse very nicely and say sorry I have accepted another invite to go somewhere else.
Lol
Love Rita

now we have mother and fathers name should help some were
Bruce Forsyth was born in Edmonton, North London, the son of Florence Ada (née Pocknell) and John Thomas Forsyth Johnson.[2] His family owned a car repair garage in Victoria Road, Edmonton, and as members of the Salvation Army his parents played brass instruments and his mother was a singer.[3] His great grandfather Joseph Forsyth Johnson (1840–1906) was a landscape architect who worked in Russia, Ireland and the United States. His great-great-great-great grandfather William Forsyth (1737–1804) was a founder of the Royal Horticultural Society and the namesake of the plant genus Forsythia

Forsyth continued to perform through the Second World War, even after the death of his Royal Air Force pilot brother John in 1943 over Turnberry, Scotlan

Well,
What I have is this , I have my dads birth cert and he was Frederick William BUNKER.b 1915 Plymouth. His mother was Rose Bunker, she had him when she was 23yrs old on my dads birth cert a line is put through for his father.so ( legitimate) . My gran would not reveal who his father was and took that secret to her grave.
Now in 1918 Rose married a Reginald John JOHNSON in Plymouth he was a Royal navy man.(stoker) he was 35yrs old and his father Reginald John JOHNSON (Deceased) (Mining engineer) on the marriage cert .in Plymouth. My dad knows nothing about him because he hated him and was only told he was NOT his Dad when MY dad got married, he said he was horrible to me because I was not his child.
Now I have looked for this Reginald John JOHNSON and cannot find him anywhere. But I am intrigued by who ever put that piece of paper in my Dads door yesterday ?? Nobody knows me where my dad lives, so they are not aware that I dabble in family history. and my dad has never told anyone anything like that ..........as he is 95yrs don't forget !!
So there you have Shelly ......I dont think you will get very far towards Brucie ! LOL
