Marilyn,
Did you not know that a helicopter was sent to St Ives to look for you?
You missed your Spa Day.
You still have time for a bit of hard training before we leave.

Hi Yvonne.
Funnily enough I had a friend with me called Yvonne with her OH. We had a ball, lots of shopping and shopping & shopping .
Other than that lots of sightseeing......Shelly would have been jealous because I saw St Michael 's Mount.
The weather was beautiful . couldn't use the lappy as we had no signals , so I'm well behind on gossip , so going to have a look back ....

Hi there. things ARE looking up Marilyn and Yvonne now back on the thread I was begining to wonder what had happened?. The Comonwealth Games will be televised so you had better make sure you look good feel good and do good. we dont want anyone making any excuse they had been out the night before drinking. Yvonne I am sure they will find space for your horse on the Jet there are not many of us going. Marilyn I want to borrow your stick on nails as I have broken my nails and they wont grow intime will you pack your spare ones please. Mo has been and cleaned up well she said she had. so we dont need to worry about the Toilets and showers being dirty. I wonder if it is two to a room as there is only one Male that might cause a problem. we will sort that out when we get there.

Anyway I wouldn't waste doing them for the Olympics you will rip them to threads.
I have just bought 2 raspberry bushes in the pound shop .! do you think they will grow ? LOL Got them soaking in a bucket of water.......then gonna get Pete to plant them in the field ....farmer wont mind me pinching a bit of his field.
Edit... Rita are those medals pretty ???? if not I'll get some pretty ribbon and take the old tatty ones off ...LOL

Marilyn, I'm not surprised you heard Shelly in St Ives - I heard her up here. Nice to have you back, your poshness adds a bit of class to the thread.
Yvonne, of course we'll be able to get your horse in the jet, she can stand at the back away from all the noise.
Rita, I've got some stick-on nails that I bought the kids for Halloween. You can have them if you want, I can easily get some more in the pound shop. You can choose between red or purple............they've got eyelashes to match.
Marilyn, I got some of those raspberry bushes a few years ago, we get loads of fruit off them and they spread.
Shelly will you lend me some of your medals please? Don't want to be the only one getting off the jet without medals pinned to me chest. I don't even have a blood donor one, I tried to give blood but they wouldn't have it.

Love Manor houses, and estates and I do fancy myself in one !! with servants of course ....
Well one can dream.......as I always do, its Pete's family that had posh descents , his grandparents had servants & Jeeves the chauffeur , and I can remember him. and the servant carving the Sunday roast at his grandparents house in Dorset. Oh I loved it...........still wanting to be really posh ..LOL
