Are your page numbers on this thread a bit odd...page 1010 is underneath the others???

Jonesey

Jonesey Report 8 Apr 2011 07:37

Gin,

999 = 3 digits

1000 = 4 digits.

4 digits * 10 = 40 digits

40 digits take up more space than 30 digits

There ain't enough space for 40 digits on one line hence 1010 underneath the others.

Bear Mush Hot Cereal? Go on then, I'll give it a go.....thanks Syvls.

I thought the numbers thing was something to do with space but couldn't have worked it out as well as you Jonesey! I'm rubbish with numbers.

Don't like hospital dramas. My imagination is too vivid and I end up with all the symptoms.......lol

Glorious day out there.......now, what needs washing???

Searching for EVS possible grandad hactewelly Gins...I know exactly where her dad was born, married, lived and died..And his ancestors back a fair bit...

Its her mums dad and her mums birth we are on the hunt for and after nigh on 3 years I know this to be so for sure....Sigh.

Thank you Chris,I was going out to the garden,but now will indulge in some more fruitless searching no doubt..!

Afternoon all

After having both girls ask me for my address last week to send a mothers day card...which was a shock as I dont normally get one.
I was not surprised that I did'nt get one from the eldest. Got a card through the door yesterday from the postman saying they could'nt deliver something and there £1.10 to pay so HID went down there today and...yes it was the card from the eldest she did not put the correct stamp on aghhh.
