I corrected that 1841 census on ancestry in jan 2010....I suppose I should go through the whole lot on FMP too, but when they never added my husbands grandmother when I asked them why bother.

I have all the census's for William up until 1871 wife dies in 1874 thats when I cant find him.

I put it in Bezzies room (our spare room)ready to be used and told her I had bought her a prezzie...;)
She took one look and said what a lovely new shelf....
So I guess her views on that word are similar to mine...

It has been used to do 2 tshirts so far...At least it has been used..!

I know it says Lancashire, the only baptisms I can find for a Samuel are in Liverpool, with parents John and Margaret .

............. but Dad says born Cumberland
