Good morning everyone


I think Gins beat me to it this morning :-D


Breakfast is ready!


Fresh fruit salad with vanilla yoghourt
broiled grapefruit with brown sugar

Porridge with chopped up dates, bananas, and maple syrup (other fruit selections over there >>>> )

Selection of cold cereals

French (eggy) toast, maple syrup, Golden syrup
Caribbean Banana Fritters


Toast (sourdough, rye, white, whole grain, 100% brown, Hovis, gluten free),
hot cinnamon rolls,
cheddar chive rolls,
brie, onion and red pepper focaccia


cheese and onion tarts,
smoked salmon quiche,
Gruyere and bacon quiche


stirfry (chicken, or vegetarian),
Chicken Karage (Japanese deep fried chicken pieces)
Jamaican beef patties
Potato, dill and cheddar soup


blueberry gingered lemon muffins,
apple pecan muffins,
cranberry & orange muffins,
morning glory muffins,


jams, jellies


Tea, coffee, juices


(some bacon, turkey sausage or sausage patties, eggs, tomatoes, olive oil, in the hidey place to cook up for the very hungry ones!)

The light mornings are really here now aren't they? I am very much a morning person rather than a night owl I have to admit. My very favourite time of the day is 11am when it's coffee time! :-D



Picking up the grandchildren later so had better get myself sorted...~~~~

Had a quiet day - catching up on all the h#######k !!!

Little 23 year old car sailed through MOT yet again yesterdaty and no grandchildren today !!

What am I to do with myself ???

Little grandson was over the other day and sitting at the dining room table eating lunch!

I had on there a box of ''ferrero rocher' which I was given at Christmas but haven't opened yet !

He looked at them and annouunced "chocolate balls ???" - I fink thems needs eating up !!! ???

They are still there though ! - Perhaps I might give him one the next time he comes :-D :-D

That's why I didn't give them to him Ginns !!

I upgraded to worldwide Anc*stry as I am going to be saving at least £20 a month on phone and internet.....do I have to now log into .com? and why cant I find my aunts death in Queensland in 1979?
