This has not happened for AGES and is still not happening for me :-(

I haven't had any emails from my Watched threads either

don't really want to be inundated!!

Actually, I only have 4 or 5 marked as My Watched Threads .................... and that's only so I can find them easily in case I want to check something on there.

I've seen one complaint of 5 emails for the same posting :-D

Nite Dea.

I have just got in after a horrendous day.

At one point daughter bent to a low drawer helping a child choose their glasses and her trousers split from crutch through to waist.
Rapid exit leaving me with a shop full of people.
Call to her OH who had to grab set of clothes and sick grand daughter and come to her rescue.

Grand daughter has temp of 40 and severe headache and rash on arms and legs.

Car has just broken down again.

And we have another clinic tomorrow.

Jonesey
that keeps happening to me. I have given up trying. I noticed yesterday someone had taken some photos from my tree without knowing what they were about. It was a photograph of a limekiln owned by my OH's Ancestor in Somerset. It is overgrown and just looks like a strange clump of trees. Also a model of a railway wagon that he owned. The originals no longer exist but it was part of his story. Apparently there were carrier pigeons taking orders between the limekiln and the base in Taunton. I do not mind the pictures being used but there is no understanding of them.

Oh dear, LK

what a day!

I do hope your granddaughter soon gets better.

OH once split his pants from crotch almost to waist ................... in the lab bending down to a bottom drawer, and he had a lecture to give later.

Two options ............ wear a lab coat OR he did have an electric sewing machine in the back room of the lab 'cos they used to stitch pieces of paper together for one of the experiments they did regularly.

so ........................ he went in the back room, took his pants off, and did a rapid repair! :-D :-D

In theory you're supposed to Gins. Hasn't been working for a while though. Now I think about it, I think GR did tell us they had suspended it - but don't ask me when that was!! Last summer probably.

Had a good day everyone??????????????

Dea

Dea Report 18 Feb 2012 19:23

I think it only actually worked for a few days Cyns and then it wasn't really working because people were getting 20 or 30 messages for each post. - That seems to be why they suspended it.

OOOhhh yummm! - Grand-daughter and I made flapjacks on Thursday - just finishing the last one off!

I have to say that they bear no resemblance to the soggy soft ones that you buy in the shops!

Ours are crisp and DELICIOUS !!!
